Trent Sherfield caught six passes for 62 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Rams.

Sherfield led the team in receiving and brought in all six of his targets, but he can stay on the waiver wire for the season finale in Seattle.

Chase Edmonds handles five touches in Week 16 loss.

Edmonds rushed four times for 20 yards, also adding a one-yard reception. The rookie will look to make an impact in the season finale, but he won’t be a recommended option against the Seahawks.

David Johnson handles 11 touches in Week 16 loss.

Johnson rushed ten times for 35 yards, also adding a 32-yard score through the air from Larry Fitzgerald on what was probably the best throw to him in months. At 3-12, Arizona has nothing to play for in the season finale and could potentially scale back Johnson’s workload, but he will remain a borderline RB1/RB2 unless we hear some concrete information about decreased playing time. The Seahawks are vulnerable against opposing runners, but the game has a chance to get out of hand in Seattle.

Josh Hill catches two passes in Week 16.

Hill gained one yard on his two reception against the Steelers. He’s not a fantasy option right now.

Benjamin Watson catches one pass in Week 16.

Watson gained six yards on his lone reception versus Pittsburgh. The veteran tight end is not a recommended fantasy option for Week 17.

Tre’Quan Smith catches one pass in Week 16.

Smith gained 11 yards on his lone reception against the Steelers. With Ted Ginn Jr. off injured reserve and back into the lineup, it looks like the rookie receive is now more of the No. 3/4 receiver for the Saints. He’s not a highly-recommended fantasy option next week against the Steelers, unless certain players rest and Smith is expected to have a huge role with the more-than-capable Teddy Bridgewater at quarterback.

Larry Fitzgerald throws first career touchdown in loss to the Rams.

Fitzgerald—playing in perhaps his final home game—tossed a well-thrown 32-yard score to David Johnson in the first half. He also added a 6/53 line as a receiver on a team-high nine targets. Fitz could potentially go out with a heroic performance if next Sunday is indeed his final NFL game, but he has never been a player to care about numbers or make it about himself, so we can probably expect a relatively normal outing whether he knows his future or not. The Seahawks won’t be an easy matchup in Seattle, but Larry Legend will be on the FLEX radar in all formats.
