Josh Jacobs (chest) has been ruled out for the rest of today.

We thought Jacobs might have a shot to return in the second half after going into the locker room ahead of halftime, but he’s been ruled out by the Raiders to start the second half. Jacobs had six carries for 29 yards and a touchdown along with three receptions for 39 yards before leaving the Week 7 matchup against the Eagles.

Miles Sanders (ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of today.

Sanders is being ruled out to begin the second half, and his day ends with six carries for 30 yards in limited action. Rookie Kenneth Gainwell and Boston Scott are set to handle the backfield work for Philadelphia in the final 30 minute versus Vegas.

Josh Jacobs (chest) is officially questionable to return for the Raiders.

Jacobs appeared to be in good spirits entering the locker room a little before halftime, and he just ran for a touchdown before this injury popped up. We expect we’ll see him back in to start the second half, but we’ll see.

Patrick Mahomes will play in Week 8.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said that Mahomes was held out as his decision. The star quarterback will be ready to go to face the Giants on Monday night to conclude Week 8 one week from tomorrow.

Miles Sanders (ankle) is being carted to the locker room.

Sanders twisted his right ankle and was helped off the field, and now he’s being carted to the locker room for further evaluation. He’s officially being called questionable to return. We’ll update you when more information is available on Sanders’ status.

Patrick Mahomes leaves Week 7 game early.

Mahomes took a huge hit while trying to extend the play on fourth down with the Chiefs down big in the fourth quarter. The star quarterback was wobbly while coming off the field and will almost certainly be out for the rest of today, with the Chiefs getting demolished by the Titans. In one of the worst games of the Mahomes era, Mahomes was 20/35 for 206 yards and an interception along with six carries for 35 yards.

Zach Wilson (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of Week 7.

This isn’t a good sign, but hopefully the Jets are playing things safe and the injury isn’t too serious. Before leaving, Wilson was 6/10 for 51 yards against the Patriots.
