Fantasy News

DeVante Parker | Retired WR

DeVante Parker (shoulder) is officially active for Week 13.

Parker isn’t a highly-recommended fantasy option after he had three receptions for ten yards last week. It’s good to see the former first-rounder battle through more injuries to remain on the field, though.

Joe Flacco | Browns QB

Joe Flacco (right hip) is officially inactive against the Falcons.

This is Flacco’s third straight missed game, and it’ll again be rookie Lamar Jackson under-center for the Ravens as he looks to make it three wins in three starts. Flacco is definitely trending in he right direction, and he could be back at quarterback next week against the Chiefs in a game the Ravens might need to throw to keep up.

Keke Coutee | Free Agent WR

Keke Coutee (hamstring) is officially inactive for Week 13.

Coutee was said to be a game-time decision, and pre-game warmups apparently didn’t go well enough for him to play against the Browns. Consider the rookie receiver week-to-week, but he should have a pretty good chance to play in Week 14.

12/2/18 - 11:32 AM ET

Mitchell Trubisky | Bills QB

Mitchell Trubisky (right hip) is officially out for Week 13.

This was basically just a formality, as Trubisky was listed as doubtful on the injury report. Chase Daniel will be under-center against the Giants and is in the mix for two-QB leagues. Now we just have to hope this shoulder injury doesn’t continue to linger for Trubisky, as he was initially expected to miss just Thanksgiving with the injury. There’s optimism, as he reportedly looked good throwing the ball throughout this week. The Bears face the Rams next Sunday night, so they’d obviously love their franchise quarterback to be out there for that game.

12/2/18 - 11:31 AM ET

Randall Cobb | Free Agent WR

Randall Cobb (hamstring) is officially active for Week 13.

Cobb missed three straight games with his hamstring injury, and he’s now back in the lineup for the Packers. Catching passes from Aaron Rodgers in a potential blowup spot for Green Bay’s passing offense, Cobb has some FLEX appeal.

12/2/18 - 11:31 AM ET

Gus Edwards | Free Agent RB

Gus Edwards (ankle) is officially active for the Ravens.

Edwards was officially listed as questionable entering the weekend, but there wasn’t much doubt he’d be out there today against the Falcons. Deion Jones returning to the lineup makes the Falcons more imposing, but you can safely insert Edwards into Week 13 fantasy lineups as an RB1/RB2 option after he ran for 115+ yards in each of the last two games.

12/2/18 - 11:30 AM ET

Marlon Mack | Free Agent RB

Marlon Mack (concussion) is officially active for Week 13.

Mack was a full participant in practice Thursday and Friday, so there was definite optimism about him being able to play today. He’s been cleared by the independent neurologist and is officially ready to go against the Jaguars. Consider Mack more of a low-end RB2 option versus a defense that limited him to 29 rushing yards a few weeks ago. He has obvious big-play ability to make it a productive fantasy day with a play or two, though.
