Join now >Rob Gronkowski (ribs) ruled out for Week 7.
This is a disappointment with Gronkowski hopeful to return following a mini bye from last week’s Thursday night game, but he’s out again, so Cameron Brate and O.J. Howard will handle all the snaps at tight end. Tampa Bay is understandably waiting until Gronk is 100% before getting him back out there.

Parris Campbell had foot surgery.
Campbell’s season is unfortunately over. The former second-round pick’s year ends with ten receptions for 161 yards and a touchdown in five games. Campbell will be entering the final year of his rookie contract next season, and he should be at full health by training camp next summer.

Odell Beckham Jr. (shoulder) is officially active for Thursday night.
Beckham is clearly dealing with pain, but he pushed to play and will be out there for tonight’s Week 7 matchup against the Broncos. It’ll be interesting to see how the connection between Case Keenum and OBJ works out tonight for Cleveland.

The Browns have activated Jarvis Landry from injured reserve.
Landry will make his return tonight versus Denver, and it’s needed considering all the injuries for Cleveland. If Odell Beckham Jr. (shoulder) is unable to suit up, Landry will get a boost into more comfortable FLEX territory, and the passing attack could run through him with weather possibly being a factor.

The Eagles have activated Dallas Geodert from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
This was expected after Goedert missed last Thursday night’s game, and he will return to be the clear top option at tight end with Zach Ertz now in Arizona. Perhaps more of a run focus for the Eagles will lead to increased play-action opportunities, but either way, Goedert is a clear TE1.
10/21/21 - 11:20 AM ET
The Bengals activated Samaje Perine from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Perine missed just one game while on the COVID list, and it’s good to hear that he’s doing all right and can rejoin his teammates ahead of the Week 7 matchup against the Ravens.

The Panthers are signing Ameer Abdullah.
Abdullah didn’t take long at all to find a new home after the Vikings released him. The Panthers have talked about wanting to run the ball a ton moving forward, and Abullah will join the squad as more reinforcement at running back with Christian McCaffrey (hamstring) out.
