Sony Michel | Retired RB

Sony Michel goes over 130 yards with a touchdown in Patriots’ win.

Michel carried 21 times for 133 yards and a touchdown along with two receptions for 12 yards against the Jets. The score came at the goal line, and it was after Michel briefly left with what looked like a back injury that might keep him out the rest of the game, so it was good to see him return. The 133 rushing yards was a career-high for the impressive rookie running back, and he’ll look to keep it going next week against the Vikings. Minnesota is a difficult matchup, but Michel is still at least an RB2 option in fantasy lineups given his ability and scoring upside in a good offense.

Seth Roberts | Free Agent WR

Seth Roberts caught two passes for 54 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Raiders.

He also rushed once for 11 yards, and his receiving total actually led the team on just three targets. Roberts will be a better real-life player than fantasy option down the stretch, but perhaps he can have a big day next week against the Chiefs, as Oakland will obviously need to score points.

Tom Brady | Retired QB

Tom Brady throws two touchdowns in Patriots’ win.

Brady was 20/31 for 283 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 12 win against the Jets. Brady was listed as questionable with a knee injury coming off the bye, but he didn’t appear to be limited at all in the victory. The first score was to Rob Gronkowski on a deep ball for 56 yards, and the second was to Julian Edelman for 21 yards on a catch-and-run. TB12 wasn’t perfect in the game, but it was a strong and efficient performance to help get the Patriots to 8-3 and back into a top-two seed in the AFC playoff race. Brady has a tough matchup next week against Mike Zimmer’s Vikings defense, but he’s a good bet to show up big in what’s likely to be billed as a huge interconference matchup.

11/26/18 - 08:54 AM ET

Doug Martin | Free Agent RB

Doug Martin scores in loss to the Raiders.

Martin rushed 11 times for 51 yards and a touchdown, which came from one yard away on the game’s opening drive. He also caught three-of-four targets for 21 yards. It was another impressive showing by Martin, but he again barely saw any touches in the second half, and fantasy owners will be hard-pressed to trust him down the stretch with Oakland wanting to get a look at some younger guys. Still, next week’s matchup against the Chiefs probably puts Martin on the FLEX radar in all formats.

11/26/18 - 08:54 AM ET

Derek Carr | Retired QB

Derek Carr, Raiders fall to 2-8 with 34-17 loss in Baltimore.

Carr was 16/34 for 194 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions, also losing a fumble. Oakland was in the game for the most part, but the Ravens scored a couple touchdowns in the fourth quarter to pull away. The score for Carr came on a highlight grab by Jared Cook from 16 yards away, and he avoided disaster in a difficult spot. The matchup will be much softer next week against the Chiefs, so Carr will be a usable QB2 option, even with the bye weeks now concluded.

11/26/18 - 08:52 AM ET

Nelson Agholor | Free Agent WR

Nelson Agholor catches one pass in Eagles’ win.

Agholor was targeted just one time against the Giants, but he made it count by catching a 12-yard pass over the middle to set his team up for a go-ahead game-winning field goal late in the fourth quarter. We think it’s clear Agholor needs more targets given his exceptional ability, but that’s just not happening right now. He was open on at least one deep ball in the game, but Carson Wentz did not pull the trigger; and he was open on a deep crossing route, but pressure disrupted that. Agholor doesn’t need to be on fantasy rosters right now.

11/26/18 - 08:49 AM ET

Golden Tate | Free Agent WR

Golden Tate catches four passes against the Giants.

Tate gained 30 yards on his four receptions in the Eagles’ Week 12 win. He was targeted on a pass to the end zone on a comeback type of route to the front pylon, but the pass was just broken up. Tate is off to a slow start with the Eagles, as teams have rallied and made good plays to limit his yards-after-catch. However, eight targets (tied with Zach Ertz for the team lead) is a positive sign. Tate will look to make a big impact next Monday night against the Redskins.
