Dallas Goedert catches three passes in Week 12.

Goedert gained 33 yards on his three receptions against the Giants. The rookie tight end flashed his upside in the game, but his role isn’t big enough to be a consistent fantasy option at the moment. Goedert remains more of a dynasty-league hold.

Alshon Jeffery catches three passes in Week 12.

Jeffery gained 39 yards on his three receptions against the Giants, and he was surprisingly targeted just three times in the game. This makes it four straight games under 50 yards for the big receiver, who next faces a Redskins team that held him under 40 yards in each of their two matchups last season. However, Carson Wentz might look Jeffery’s way more given the lack of big games lately.

Zach Ertz scores against the Giants.

Ertz caught seven passes (on eight targets) for 91 yards and a touchdown in the Eagles’ Week 12 victory. The score was a 15-yarder coming on a play where he broke tackles at about the five-yard line and got into the end zone. This was a strong bounce-back for Ertz, who crossed the 400-career-reception mark in the game. Ertz is an elite TE1 for next Monday night against Washington.

Wendell Smallwood did not receive a touch in Week 12.

The Eagles committed to Josh Adams with 22 carries against the Giants. Despite showing flashes earlier this season, Smallwood is off the fantasy radar right now.

Corey Clement gets seven touches in Week 12.

Clement carried five times for 45 yards and caught two passes for 31 yards against the Giants. The second-year running back had a long run of 32 yards and a long reception of 23 yards, as he brought juice to the offense. We’d still like to see the Super Bowl hero get more touches on offense, but he’s not a recommended fantasy option with a limited workload.

Josh Adams scores against the Giants.

Adams carried 22 times for 84 yards and a touchdown in the Eagles’ Week 12 win, as the team finally committed to the running game, which clearly wore down the Giants defense and helped lead to a big comeback victory. The score came at the goal line, and Adams had another touchdown (52 yards where he showed his solid speed) called back on a questionable holding call. The 22 carries were by far a career-high for the undrafted rookie, as he hadn’t hit double-digit carries in a game yet this season. Adams looks to be on the RB2 radar after this commitment to the running game.

Carson Wentz throws one touchdown in Eagles’ win.

Wentz was 20/28 for 236 yards and one touchdown in the big home victory against the Giants to get the Eagles to 5-6. The score was to Zach Ertz for 15 yards after Ertz broke through some tackles on his way to the end zone. Wentz ran a zone-read in the game but lost yardage on it, and a report has emerged that the third-year quarterback still not 100% from his knee injury suffered last December—which some have said might be the case given the severity of the injury. Wentz isn’t putting up the spectacular numbers he did last season, but he’s a QB1 option next Monday night against the Redskins.
