Doug Martin gets ten carries in Raiders’ win.

Martin carried ten times for 52 yards and added one reception for six yards against the Cardinals. The former All-Pro ran the ball well, but he split backfield work evenly with Jalen Richard (14 touches) and DeAndre Washington (12 touches), so it looks like it might be difficult to trust him in lineups moving forward. That said, Martin ran the ball well and has nice upside if he gets 15-20 carries in a given week. From a non-fantasy perspective, it was good to see the veteran cheering on his younger teammates from the sideline when he was out of the game toward the end. Martin is the type of guy Gruden wants on his team moving forward.

Jalen Richard gets 14 touches in Week 11.

Richard carried 11 times for 61 yards and added three receptions for 32 yards against the Cardinals. Richard’s 61 yards led the team in what was basically a perfectly-even split backfield. Doug Martin had ten carries (52 yards) and DeAndre Washington had 12 carries (39 yards). It’s difficult to trust any of them next week against the Ravens, though Richard is probably the best bet in PPR leagues.

Derek Carr throws two touchdowns in Raiders’ second win of the season.

Carr was 19/31 for 192 yards and two touchdowns against the Cardinals, and he drove Oakland into position for a game-winning field goal by Daniel Carlson. The entire team was extremely happy after the win in what’s been a trying season, and perhaps it’ll build some momentum entering the final six weeks. The CBS broadcast showed a lot of dialogue/disagreement between Carr and head coach Jon Gruden throughout the game, and they were certainly working some things out as the offense looks to start clicking more consistently. Carr is difficult to trust against the Ravens next week.

James O’Shaughnessy catches one pass in loss to the Steelers.

It went for four yards. O’Shaughnessy isn’t a recommended fantasy option on one of the league’s worst offenses.

Donte Moncrief held to one reception in Week 11 loss.

It went for 11 yards. Moncrief should make some plays, but he’s just not a strong fantasy play on a run-first offense with Blake Bortles struggling mightily. The Ole Miss product could see a lot of Tre’Davious White next week in Buffalo.

D.J. Chark caught two passes for 15 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Steelers.

Chark actually led the team with five targets, but it came on a day where Blakes Bortles completed just ten passes for barely 100 yards. The rookie deep threat is unlikely to get behind Sean McDermott’s defense next week, so fantasy owners should look elsewhere with playoffs potentially on the line.

Dede Westbrook contained in loss to the Steelers.

Westbrook caught two-of-four targets for 19 yards, which actually led all wideouts on the day. The former Heisman finalist should have a big game or two down the stretch, but he’s a very volatile option with Blake Bortles under center, so it’s probably better to look elsewhere. The Jaguars take on the Bills in Week 12.
