Blake Bortles | Retired QB

Blake Bortles throws two touchdowns against the Colts.

Bortles had one of his best games of the season in the Jaguars’ Week 10 loss, going 26/38 for 320 yards and two touchdowns along with two carries for eight yards. One touchdown was to Leonard Fournette off a play-action fake at the goal line, and the other was an 80-yarder to Donte Moncrief. Bortles is now up to 14 touchdowns and three interceptions in his career against the Colts, as he always seems to play well against them. He next faces a Steelers team he played well against last season including a playoff win, but there’s certainly downside in using Bortles as your QB1.

Allen Robinson II | Free Agent WR

Allen Robinson goes off in return to the lineup.

After missing two games with a groin injury, Robinson caught six passes (on a team-high eight targets) for 133 yards and two touchdowns in a 34-22 victory. The first score came on a deep pass down from 36 yards away, and the second was a 26-yard catch-and-run to put Chicago up 34-10. Robinson has gotten some undeserved criticism this year, but he’s cleared 50 yards or scored in all six of his healthy games this season, and Chicago has a legitimate No. 1 receiver on the outside to help Mitchell Trubisky reach his potential. The matchup next week against the Vikings isn’t great, but Robinson has shown he’s healthy enough to be back on the WR2 map down the stretch.

11/12/18 - 10:14 AM ET

Tarik Cohen | Free Agent RB

Tarik Cohen handles 13 touches in win over the Lions.

Cohen rushed seven times for 15 yards and a touchdown, also adding six receptions for 29 yards. The dynamic back actually had more touches than Jordan Howard (13) despite the Bears jumping out to a 26-0 lead in the first half, which obviously bodes well for Cohen on an offense that’s really turned into a pass-happy attack. “The Human Joystick” should be treated as a high-upside FLEX option in standard leagues for Week 11 against the Vikings on Sunday Night Football.

11/12/18 - 10:07 AM ET

Jordan Howard | Free Agent RB

Jordan Howard bottled up in Week 10 victory.

Howard rushed 11 times for 21 yards, also adding an 11-yard reception in a 34-22 win over the Lions. It was another positive game script that didn’t result in strong fantasy results for the Indiana product, as Chicago continues doing damage through the air. Howard has rushed for just 460 yards and 3.4 yards per carry this season, so he needs to be downgraded to weekly low-end RB2/FLEX status heading into next Sunday night’s matchup with the Vikings.

11/12/18 - 10:04 AM ET

Mitchell Trubisky | Bills QB

Mitchell Trubisky, Bears shred the Lions in 34-22 victory.

Trubisky was 23/30 for 355 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions, also adding three carries for 18 yards and another score. Basically all the damage was done in the first half with Chicago jumping out to a 26-0 lead, as the team had four consecutive touchdown drives; the first was capped off by Tarik Cohen’s three-yard run, then Trubisky took over with a 36-yard touchdown to Allen Robinson, a 45-yard pass to Anthony Miller, and a four-yard rush of his own. In the second half, the second-year quarterback connected with Robinson for another score (26 yards) to help put the Bears in first place ahead of next Sunday night’s matchup against Minnesota. It’s probably a shy-away spot for Trubisky, but he’s been so good that it’ll be difficult to move him down the rankings too much.

11/12/18 - 10:01 AM ET

Brandon Powell | Free Agent WR

Brandon Powell makes first NFL catch in loss to the Bears.

It was a six-yard reception and his only grab on three targets. The undrafted rookie could see more work down the stretch if Detroit really falls out of the NFC North race (currently 3-6), but Powell is nothing more than a dynasty prospect at this point.

11/12/18 - 09:55 AM ET

T.J. Jones | Free Agent WR

T.J. Jones catches 12-yard pass in loss to the Bears.

It was his only reception of the game. The 26-year-old was thought to be set to an extended role following the trade of Golden Tate, but Detroit has struggled offensively over the past two weeks. Fantasy owners should probably look elsewhere for Week 11.
