Join now >Rob Gronkowski (back/ankle) is officially listed as doubtful for Week 7.
Gronkowski reportedly didn’t make the trip with the Patriots, and the team has down officially downgraded him to doubtful for tomorrow’s matchup with the Bears. Perhaps Gronkowski will surprise everyone and play, but count on him missing his first game of the season. And with Jacob Hollister now declared out, it’ll likely be Dwayne Allen getting a lot of time at tight end for New England.

Rob Gronkowski (back/ankle) did not make the trip to Chicago for Week 7, according to the Boston Globe’s Jim McBride.
McBride notes that Gronkowski has not been ruled out by the team yet, but the All-Pro tight end not making the trip seems to indicate he will not play tomorrow against the Bears. Perhaps Gronk had something personal come up, with the team allowing him to arrive later in Chicago than everyone else, but this situation obviously has to be monitored. Jacob Hollister would be set for an expanded role at tight end if Gronkowski is out for Week 7.

Melvin Gordon III (hamstring) has been downgraded to questionable for Week 7.
Gordon was limited in Friday’s practice, but it wasn’t thought to be an issue for tomorrow’s game after he wasn’t listed with an injury designation. However, this change in the injury report means Gordon could be headed for a game-time call. The Chargers are playing London with a 9:30 AM ET kickoff, so the star running back’s status will be known by 8:00 AM ET tomorrow. Gordon might be limited if he’s active, but he’s simply too good to keep out of fantasy lineups as an RB1, assuming he’s active. Just be sure to wake up tomorrow and confirm Gordon will be available to play.

Mohamed Sanu is off the Week 7 injury report.
Sanu is dealing with a hip injury, but it’s not going to hold him out for Monday night’s matchup with the Giants. Rookie receiver Calvin Ridley is also off the injury report and ready to go, so a red-hot Matt Ryan has a full set of receivers for Week 7. Consider Sanu just a FLEX option this week.

Calvin Ridley is off the Week 7 injury report.
The ankle injury suffered in last Sunday’s win was mild, and the rookie receiver will be on the field Monday night against the Giants. You can safely insert Ridley into fantasy lineups as a strong WR2/FLEX option for Week 7.

Ray-Ray McCloud will not play in Week 7.
The team just announced that the rookie receiver will not make the trip to Indianapolis for their matchup against the Colts for a “non-injury reason.” It’s unclear if it’s something personal for McCloud or if the Bills disciplined him for some reason, but hopefully everything is OK. McCloud wasn’t a fantasy option outside of extremely deep leagues.

The Jets are releasing Terrelle Pryor today, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Pryor is dealing with a groin injury and was ruled out for Week 7, but Schefter says that the former Ohio State star could be brought back when he’s healthy in a couple weeks. Of course, Pryor will be free to sign with any team that wants him (the Browns are a possibility), but he’s unlikely to be a significant fantasy contributor in 2018. When they’re all at full strength, Robby Anderson, Quincy Enunwa, and Jeramine Kearse are locked in as New York’s starting receiver trio.
