Adrian Peterson | Free Agent RB

Adrian Peterson (ankle/shoulder) is officially questionable for Week 7.

We expect Peterson will be fine for Sunday after he neared 100 yards last week against the Panthers, and he’d probably be listed as probable if the NFL still had that injury designation. Check back in on Sunday afternoon to ensure Peterson is active against the Cowboys. “All Day” is a solid RB2 option for the matchup, assuming he’s active of course.

Chris Thompson | Free Agent RB

Chris Thompson (rib/knee) is questionable for Sunday.

Thompson was limited in practice this week and appears headed for a game-time call against the Cowboys. The Redskins play at 4:25 PM ET, so fantasy owners will need a backup plan from the later games if they plan on using Thompson in fantasy lineups. If active, Thompson would be a FLEX option in standard leagues and a stronger option in PPR leagues.

Paul Richardson | Free Agent WR

Paul Richardson (shoulder/knee) is doubtful for Week 7 against the Cowboys.

Richardson was able to play through his knee issue last week and find the end zone, but he’s not expected to be out there in a big NFC East matchup this Sunday. The Redskins are very thin at receiver with Jamison Crowder (ankle) already ruled out.

10/19/18 - 01:44 PM ET

Jamison Crowder | Free Agent WR

Jamison Crowder (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Cowboys.

It will be Crowder’s second missed game in a row, and he doesn’t seem particularly close to returning. Perhaps he will be able to trend up towards a game-time decision in Week 8, but Crowder doesn’t need to be owned in 10- or 12-team leagues if you don’t have an IR spot to stash him on with bye weeks kicking in.

10/19/18 - 01:42 PM ET

Dalvin Cook | Free Agent RB

Dalvin Cook (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 7.

Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer was just asked about Cook, and he simply said that he’s out for Sunday. The second-year running back was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice before he was a non-participant yesterday, and he might have had another setback with his troubled hamstring. Either way, Cook has been deemed not ready to go against the Jets, so it’ll be Latavius Murray again leading Minnesota’s backfield against the Jets. Coming off a 155-yard, one-touchdown performance, Murray is a solid RB2 option for Week 7.

10/19/18 - 01:31 PM ET

Terrelle Pryor | Free Agent WR

Terrelle Pryor Sr. (groin) is listed as doubtful for Week 7.

The injury comes at a bad time for Pryor, who had caught a touchdown in two straight weeks. Quincy Enunwa (ankle) is out for the Jets, so the team is getting thin at receiver for rookie quarterback Sam Darnold. Expect Pryor to be ruled out on Sunday morning.

10/19/18 - 12:55 PM ET

Isaiah Crowell | Raiders RB

Isaiah Crowell (foot) is questionable for Week 7.

Crowell was listed as questionable with an ankle injury last week and ultimately played, but this is a different injury he’s dealing with. He missed the first two days of practice this week and appears to be a true game-time all. If Crowell is out, Bilal Powell might get a heavy workload against the Vikings and would be a better FLEX option than if Crowell is active. Crowell’s status will be knowns by 11:30 AM ET on Sunday.
