Join now >Leonard Fournette (hamstring) is out for Week 7.
Fournette will have missed five games this season after Sunday, and he has just 90 total yards this season, but the Jaguars and fantasy owners must hope that the second-year running back can get back to 100% this season. He might try to go in a highly-anticipated matchup next Sunday in London against the Eagles, but consider him 50/50 at best for now. T.J. Yeldon will start again versus the Texans, and he’s an RB2/FLEX option for the game.

Travis Benjamin (foot) is listed as questionable for Week 7.
Benjamin was limited in practice the last two days before getting in a full practice today, so he’s looking good for Sunday morning against the Titans. However, the speedy receiver might need to test the foot in warmups to ensure he’s ready to go. Because the Chargers play in London at the 9:30 AM ET timeslot, Benjamin’s status will be known by 8:00 AM ET on Sunday.

The Cardinals have fired offensive coordinator Mike McCoy, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
This move has felt like it’s been coming, and the Cardinals have decided to make the change with a mini bye week after last week’s blowout loss at home against the Broncos. There’s no question McCoy’s offense was bland, predictable, and didn’t take advantage of its star players David Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald, but there are obviously more problems with the team than McCoy’s offense (Steve Wilk’s defense didn’t play too well last night, either, and Sam Bradford was already made a scapegoat for the team’s offensive struggles earlier this season). Anyway, quarterbacks coach Byron Leftwich—who was seen as a future offensive coordinator and potential future head coach under former Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians—will now take over the play-calling, which could be a major positive for the fantasy outlooks of David Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald. Owners of Johnson in particular should hope that Leftwich gets the star running back involved more creatively like Arians did. It’ll be interesting to see how the offense looks with Leftwich in control next Sunday against the Niners.

Darren Sproles (hamstring) will not play in Week 7.
Eagles head coach Doug Pederson did say he’s optimistic about the veteran running back practicing next week, but we’ll see what happens. The Eagles play in London next Sunday, and Sproles would probably like to play across the pond in his final NFL season. It’ll again be mostly Corey Clement and Wendell Smallwood against the Panthers on Sunday.

Taiwan Jones (neck) has been ruled out for Week 7.
Jones is week-to-week with a neck injury, so hopefully he’s feeling better soon. He is off the fantasy radar as more of a real-life contributor to the Bills than a stat compiler.
10/19/18 - 10:35 AM ET
The Eagles have released Kamar Aiken.
Aiken hadn’t been getting much time on offense for the Eagles, so this doesn’t really have a fantasy impact. The 29-year-old will now look to find a new team, but there’s also a chance Philadelphia brings him back at some point.

Royce Freeman suffered a high-ankle sprain in last night’s win.
It’s reportedly a high-ankle sprain for the rookie running back, which means this could be a multi-week injury. Perhaps more information will become available soon, but we might not know anything about Freeman’s Week 8 status until the first practice of next week on Wednesday. Fellow rookie Phillip Lindsay would become a solid RB2 if Freeman misses time.
