Join now >Sterling Shepard (hamstring) is out for Week 4.
This has been the expectation all week for Shepard. It’s unfortunate after a strong start to the year for him. First-round rookie Kadarius Toney might get more opportunities with Shepard out of the lineup.

Julio Jones (hamstring) is officially out for Sunday.
Now the Titans are down both Julio and A.J. Brown in Week 4 because of hamstring injuries. The Titans are facing the Jets, and it’s a long season during which they’ll want Jones to be healthy, so they appear to be playing things cautiously with the All-Pro.

A.J. Brown (hamstring) has officially been ruled out for Week 4.
Brown just injured his hamstring last week and missed most of the game against the Colts, and the Titans aren’t going to push it this early in the season. Tennessee plays the Jaguars in Week 5 then have an extra day for a Monday night matchup in Week 6, so perhaps that’ll be the target return for Brown.

Antonio Gibson (shin) is officially listed as questionable for Week 4.
We would think Gibson will be ready to go for Sunday against the Falcons, but it’s worth noting that the injury did pop up in middle of the week, as Gibson sat out yesterday’s practice before returning on a limited basis today. Gibson’s active/inactive status will be set by Sunday morning.
10/1/21 - 01:57 PM ET
Dalvin Cook (ankle) is officially listed as questionable for Week 4.
Cook has been limited in practice this week and appears in a better spot than he was this time last week before eventually missing Week 3. Cook and the Vikings play at 1:00 PM ET on Sunday, so his status will be known that morning.
10/1/21 - 01:35 PM ET
Curtis Samuel (groin) will play in Week 4.
After missing the first three games of the season, Samuel will be activated as early as possible after getting one week of practice in. He’ll face the Falcons on Sunday, giving Washington a needed boost as they look to avoid a 1-3 start to the season. Samuel has worked with Washington offensive coordinator Scott Turner before in Carolina, and the dynamic receiver is someone to think about adding if you have an open bench spot and he’s available in your league.
10/1/21 - 12:47 PM ET
Denzel Mims will be active in Week 4.
The Jets have sat Mims as a healthy scratch the past two weeks, but they’re finally giving the 2020 second-round pick a shot on the active roster. Mims is a talented player and is someone to keep an eye on, but it remains to be seen how much he’ll actually play on offense despite being active.
