While Watson is officially listed as questionable, it’s certainly on the probable side of things. It would be a major surprise if Watson does not play on Sunday against the Bills, and both he and Texans head coach Bill O’Brien have indicated he’ll be on the field. The Texans play in the early games this week, so Watson’s status will be set by 11:30 AM ET on Sunday.

Dalvin Cook (hamstring) is officially inactive for Week 6.
Cook was thought to be ready to play today against the Cardinals, but his pre-game warmup apparently did not go well. He’s being held out, meaning Latavius Murray will draw the start against an Arizona team that’s given up the most standard fantasy points to running backs this season. Murray is an RB2/FLEX option for the matchup. Consider Cook week-to-week for now.
10/14/18 - 11:31 AM ET
Josh Gordon (hamstring) is questionable for Week 6 against the Chiefs.
Gordon has been dealing with the injury since joining the Patriots, but he should be ready to roll after catching a 34-yard touchdown last Thursday night against the Colts. If Chris Hogan (thigh) doesn’t suit up for a potential shootout with Kansas City, it could open up more snaps for Gordon, which increases his floor and ceiling as a high-upside FLEX option in all formats.

Deshaun Watson (chest) is officially active against the Bills.
Watson was never thought to be in any doubt for today’s Week 6 matchup, and he’ll officially be out there versus Buffalo. While Watson is probably going to be in some pain, he shouldn’t be too limited and remains an excellent QB1 option in fantasy lineups.
10/14/18 - 11:30 AM ET
Sony Michel (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday night.
Michel was limited in practice all week, but he’s expected to be ready to go for a big matchup against the Chiefs. Be sure to check back in on Sunday night, but you should be able to safely insert the rookie running back into Week 6 fantasy lineups as a great RB1/RB2 option.
10/12/18 - 03:52 PM ET
Ryan Tannehill (shoulder) is inactive for the Dolphins.
Tannehill popped up on the injury report on Friday with the shoulder injury, and it’s apparently an AC joint injury for Miami’s quarterback. With Tannehill out, Brock Osweiler will get the start for the Dolphins, who will likely rely on the running game with Frank Gore and Kenyan Drake. Osweiler is not a recommended option in fantasy lineups.
10/14/18 - 11:29 AM ET
Rob Gronkowski (ankle) is listed as questionable for Week 6.
Gronk got in limited practices all week, but he should be good to go for a Sunday Night Football clash with the Chiefs. He is in a blowup spot against a secondary missing star safety Eric Berry (heel), so get New England’s monster tight end in lineups as the No. 1 option at the position.
