The rookie tight end’s lone reception went for seven yards. Goedert will have some solid weeks and weeks where he might score a touchdown or two, but it’s difficult to trust him in fantasy lineups in standard-sized leagues.

Scott Simonson catches one pass in loss to the Eagles.
It went for 24 yards and came on the final play of the game in garbage time. Simonson has just two receptions for 31 yards this season, and he is unlikely to make a fantasy impact with Evan Engram (knee) nearing a return.

DeAndre Carter catches one pass in Eagles’ win.
Carter’s lone reception against the Giants went for 11 yards, but he was also a good contributor as a returner, including on a crafty 23-yard return in which he shook a couple of defenders. Carter is more of a real-life contributor than fantasy asset for now.

Sterling Shepard caught three passes for 37 yards in Thursday night’s loss to the Eagles.
Shepard saw a healthy seven targets facing a team he’s had success against, but New York’s passing attack was a mess in a 34-13 defeat. The 24-year-old came into the game with lines of 6/80/1, 10/77/1, and 4/75 over his previous three games, but he’s still a volatile fantasy option for a 1-5 team. Shepard gets another good matchup in Week 7 against the Falcons, so we’ll see if he can bounce back on Monday Night Football. Consider him a FLEX option in all formats.

Jordan Matthews catches two passes in Week 6.
Matthews gained 26 yards on his two receptions, and he nearly drew a pass interference call on a deep pass to the end zone, but the officials picked up the flag after deeming it was not a penalty. It’s surprising to see the Eagles utilize Matthews as a deep threat, and it could lead to some big plays, but he’s not a recommended fantasy option right now.

Zach Ertz scores against the Giants.
Ertz easily beat Giants cornerback Janoris Jenkins on a corner route where he gave a quick fake to the post to get wide-open in the end zone. He was mostly an underneath target for the rest of the night. Overall, Ertz caught seven passes (on nine targets) for 43 yards and a touchdown. Ertz will obviously remain one of the better TE options when he faces the Panthers in a couple Sundays.

Alshon Jeffery scores twice in Week 6.
Jeffery started the scoring for the Eagles, making himself available on a Carson Wentz scramble, with Wentz hitting him on a perfect throw in the end zone. Later in the game, Jeffery was the recipient of a quick screen at the goal line for his second score. Overall, he had eight receptions (on 12 targets) for 74 yards and two touchdowns. The Eagles featured Jeffery, and Wentz looked his way plenty—including on a couple of RPOs—which led to an excellent performance. He also had a drop on a deep out, but it wasn’t an easy catch with the ball slightly over his head in wet conditions. Jeffery will remain a good option in fantasy lineups in Week 7 against the Panthers.
