Join now >Kenyan Drake gets featured in the passing game as Miami falls to 3-2.
Drake rushed just six times for 46 yards in the loss, but he led the team in targets (11), receptions (seven), and yards (69), while scoring the only offensive touchdown of the day on a 22-yard corner route in the second quarter. It’s discouraging to see Frank Gore receive the early-down work with Drake handling just 14 carries over the past three games, but the production through the air is something to feel good about, and the 24-year-old has the talent to still be a weekly RB2 if that continues. Miami would be wise to feature Drake again with Chicago’s stingy front seven coming to town next Sunday. The floor is a concern, but consider the Alabama product a low-end RB2/FLEX option in all formats.

Michael Crabtree leads the Ravens in Week 5 receiving.
Crabtree caught six passes (on 12 targets) for 66 yards against the Browns, but his drop issues have continued, including a bad drop on a dime in the end zone from Joe Flacco on a potential game-winner. There’s a chance Flacco starts to lose some trust in his veteran receiver, and Willie Snead IV could benefit with more targets moving forward. Overall, Crabtree isn’t a highly-recommended FLEX option for Week 6 against the Titans.

Javorius Allen gets 14 touches against the Browns.
Allen carried eight times for 34 yards and added six receptions (on eight targets) for 44 yards in the Week 5 loss, and he did also lose a costly fumble in the game. Allen remains in an even backfield split with Alex Collins, and the lost fumble should do much to impact that split, as Collins as had fumbling issues of his own this season. Allen is a stronger PPR option than standard-league option when he faces the Titans next week.

Frank Gore rushed 12 times for 63 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Bengals.
Gore led the team in carries and yards on the ground, but it wasn’t enough to hold off Cincinnati from going on a 24-0 run in the fourth quarter to hand Miami their second loss in a row after a 3-0 start. It looks like the veteran is the preferred early-down runner for Adam Gase after Kenyan Drake rushed just six times for 46 yards, so he’s on the weekly FLEX radar if that continues. That said, the Dolphins face a tough (and rested) Chicago defense in Week 6, and it might be wise to get Drake the ball more in space, which we saw quite a bit of against the Bengals.
10/8/18 - 11:14 AM ET
Alex Collins gets 13 touches against the Browns.
Collins had 12 carries for 59 yards and one reception for seven yards in the Week 5 loss. The Ravens threw 57 passes in the loss, so we’ll see if they show more commitment to the run game in Week 6. Collins will be an RB2/FLEX option against the Titans.
10/8/18 - 11:13 AM ET
Lamar Jackson gets some time in Week 5.
Jackson continues to get some snaps at quarterback for the Ravens, and he was 0/1 along with three carries for ten yards in the loss to the Browns. Jackson is just a dynasty-league option or a dart-throw QB2 option in very deep leagues.

Ryan Tannehill turns it over three times as Miami blows 17-3 fourth-quarter lead in loss to the Bengals.
Tannehill was 20/35 for 185 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions, also adding three carries for 17 yards and a lost fumble. The Dolphins entered the final quarter with a 14-point lead, but they proceeded to have an interception, punt, fumble, and interception to end the game. It was a deflating loss after they seemingly bounced back from a 38-7 loss to New England, but Miami now heads home to face the rested Bears in Week 6. Tannehill needs to play better if the Dolphins are going to return to the postseason; he’s nothing more than a low-floor QB2 option right now.
