Darren Sproles (hamstring) is out for Week 3.

The Eagles are taking things slow with their veteran running back, and he probably will not return to the field until he’s 100%. Corey Clement will handle most of the passing-down work against the Colts on Sunday.

Michael Thomas scores twice in Saints’ win.

Thomas was an excellent target for Drew Brees against the Browns, catching 12-of-13 targets for 89 yards and two touchdowns in the victory, but he did have a fumble lost. After 16 receptions to open the season, Thomas now has 28 receptions through two games, which is an NFL record. Thomas is as safe as it gets when the Saints face the Falcons in Week 3.

Jay Ajayi (back) has been declared out for Week 3.

Ajayi finished last Sunday’s game against the Buccaneers, but this was fully expected after he didn’t practice all week this week. Darren Sproles (hamstring) is also out, and Corey Clement should handle most of the backfield work for the Eagles against the Colts, with Wendell Smallwood and rookie Josh Adams mixing in. Consider Ajayi questionable for Week 4 against the Titans.

Andre Holmes catches 19-yard pass in Week 2 loss.

It was his only reception of the game. Holmes looks locked-in as the team’s No. 3 receiver, but he isn’t a recommended fantasy option. The Bills take on the Vikings next Sunday.

Ray-Ray McCloud (knee) is listed as questionable for Week 3.

The rookie receiver was a full participant in practice for the first time since the start of the season, so he looks to have a very good shot of making his NFL debut on Sunday against the Vikings. McCloud’s status will be known by 11:30 AM ET on Sunday.

Kelvin Benjamin scores in loss to the Chargers.

Benjamin caught a three-yard touchdown on a nice throw by Josh Allen on the final possession of the game, and he finished with two receptions for 19 yards. Keep the big-bodied receiver out of lineups against Xavier Rhodes and the Vikings in Week 3, but the schedule lightens up starting in Week 4.

LeSean McCoy (rib) is listed as questionable for Week 3.

McCoy was headed toward a questionable tag all week, and he’ll likely be a game-time decision for Sunday against the Vikings. Even if McCoy does suit up, he’s a risky play against Minnesota’s elite defense, as there’s a chance McCoy is pulled from the game early if it turns into a blowout.
