The Colts sounded optimistic that their second-year back would be able to play this week after missing the season opener. Mack should be very close to 100% if he’s not there, and he’s expected to immediately be the lead guy in Indianapolis’ running back committee. However, consider him a riskier FLEX option in his first game of 2018.

Will Fuller (hamstring) is officially active against the Titans
Fuller was said to be ready to go for this weekend after missing the season opener, and he is indeed making his season debut. It’s probably a risk to immediately insert Fuller into fantasy lineups, but he offers upside after the connection he showed with Deshaun Watson last season.

DeAndre Hopkins (foot) is active for Week 2.
It would’ve been a major surprise if Hopkins was inactive for today’s divisional matchup with the Titans. He should be in fantasy lineups as a WR1.

DeVante Parker (finger) is inactive for Week 2.
There was a lot of optimism surrounding Parker’s status for today against the Jets, and he worked his way up to a full practice, but he’s not playing. Parker is a good bet to be active for Week 3 against the Raiders.

DeSean Jackson (concussion, shoulder) is active for Week 2.
Jackson was reportedly set to clear concussion protocol ahead of today’s game versus the Eagles, and he did. The former Eagle has some boom potential against his former team, but it might be unwise to chase last week’s points today.
9/16/18 - 11:31 AM ET
Davante Adams (shoulder) is officially active against the Vikings.
As expected, Adams was not going to miss this big Week 2 matchup versus Minnesota. Even at less than 100% while having to go up against Xavier Rhodes and company, Adams is at least a WR2 option this week.
9/16/18 - 11:31 AM ET
Marcus Mariota (right elbow) is active for Week 2.
Mariota reportedly had trouble throwing the ball in warmups, and the Titans already said Blaine Gabbert (who could start the game) is going to get some time today against the Texans. Mariota is way too difficult to trust in fantasy lineups this week.
