Join now >Rex Burkhead (concussion) is questionable for Week 2.
Burkhead remained limited in today’s practice, so he presumably has not yet cleared concussion protocol. It’s a good sign that New England did not rule Burkhead out ahead of their trip to Jacksonville, but now he has less than 48 hours to get fully cleared. Burkhead plays in the late-afternoon (ET) games, which could put some fantasy owners in a bind if no clarity on the situation is given by early Sunday. Burkhead would be a FLEX option if he’s active against the Jags.

Sony Michel (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Week 2.
Michel again was limited in practice all week, which indicates his chances aren’t great of playing this Sunday against the Jags. However, Rex Burkhead remains in concussion protocol, which might mean Michel is pressed into a role. Michel’s status will be official by around 3:00 PM ET on Sunday.
9/14/18 - 04:16 PM ET
Jermaine Gresham (Achilles) is questionable for Week 2.
Gresham remained limited in practice throughout the week, so he might be more on the doubtful side of things despite being listed as questionable. Remember, Gresham tore his Achilles in the season finale last year, so it’s not like he’s behind schedule in his recovery.
9/14/18 - 04:11 PM ET
David Johnson is off the Week 2 injury report.
Johnson was limited by a back injury on Wednesday and Thursday, but he was back to a full practice participant today and has no injury designation ahead of the weekend. Even in a tough matchup against the Rams, don’t hesitate to insert Johnson into lineups as an elite RB1. Hopefully we see the Cardinals get more creative with routes for DJ, as the Raiders took advantage of the Rams linebackers in Week 1.
9/14/18 - 04:09 PM ET
Corey Davis is off the Week 2 injury report.
Davis was previously listed on the practice report with a hamstring injury, but he was a full participant today and is ready to go for Sunday against Houston. Hopefully nothing pops up during the game, but Davis is a starting option for fantasy lineups in Week 2. But keep in mind that Titans head coach Mike Vrabel said that both Marcus Mariota and Blaine Gabbert are expected to get some time with Mariota (elbow) at less than 100%.
9/14/18 - 04:07 PM ET
Davante Adams (shoulder) is questionable for Week 2 against Minnesota.
Adams sounds more likely to play than Aaron Rodgers (knee), but he isn’t a WR1 option this week no matter who is under center, as he will probably draw coverage from shutdown corner Xavier Rhodes. We would consider Adams more of a high-end WR if Rodgers suits up, and a risky low-end WR2/FLEX option if it’s DeShone Kizer that draws the start.
9/14/18 - 04:05 PM ET
Vance McDonald (foot) is listed as questionable for Week 2.
McDonald was a full participant in practice every day this week, so we expect he’ll be out there versus the Chiefs. However, it’s no lock, so check back in on Sunday morning for McDonald’s official status. McDonald would have TE1 potential if he’s in the lineup.
