Join now >The Cardinals are releasing wide receiver Cobi Hamilton, according to Ian Rapoport.
The move will make room for Greg Little on the roster. Hamilton was in a good spot to earn a roster spot with a good camp in Arizona, but he should get another opportunity for another team this summer. The former Steeler and Texan is 27 years old.

The Cardinals have signed former second-round pick Greg Little, according to Ian Rapoport.
Little, who turned 29 at the end of May, tried out for Arizona earlier in the offseason, but while head coach Steve Wilks was impressed, they didn’t sign him due to an injury. The North Carolina product started his career in Cleveland with a combined 1,890 receiving yards and eight touchdowns over his first three seasons, but he caught just six passes in 2014 and hasn’t appeared in a regular season game since. With the Cardinals, Little has a chance to make the team on a wide-open depth chart behind Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk.

Dalvin Cook (knee) practiced fully this week.
Cook, who is said to have been killing his ACL rehab, told NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero that he feels 100% and is starting to get his feel for the game back to where it was before the injury. The second-year back has been wearing a brace throughout the spring, but he does not plan on wearing the brace during the season, which is a welcome sign. While Cook presumably is not fully cleared for contact, they weren’t hitting during the spring anyway. Expect Cook to be 100% cleared for the start of training camp or shortly after, and his Week 1 status is not in any doubt.

The Patriots have agreed to terms with fullback James Develin on a two-year contract extension, according to Ian Rapoport.
Rapoport says it’s worth $3.8 million and includes a $600,000 signing bonus. Develin doesn’t make a big impact in the box score (six receptions for 38 yards in 2017), but he plays a significant role as a lead blocker when New England wants to pound opponents with the running game. And he is versatile enough to split out wide on occasion. Develin, who turns 30 next month, has been with New England since entering the league in 2012 and has the makings of a Patriot for life.

Browns offensive coordinator Todd Haley has advised Corey Coleman that it’s a “make-or-break year” for him.
The former first-round pick is entering his third NFL season, and Haley said “he understands this is a big, big year in his career.” Coleman’s biggest issue has been durability, but he’s also dealt with some drops in each of his first two seasons. This spring, the Browns added Jarvis Landry and Antonio Callaway via a trade and the draft, respectively, but Coleman should still have the inside track on a starting job opposite Josh Gordon in three-wide sets with Landry working in the slot. We have been fans of the Baylor product since he was in college, but a trade might be the best thing for his fantasy value with so many options on the Cleveland offense. Perhaps he will unlock his potential with less pressure in a talented skill-position group, but Coleman is nothing more than a late-round flier in redraft leagues and a hold in dynasty leagues.

Broncos offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave says Jake Butt “is going to be a terrific asset for us.”
During one period of red-zone work during yesterdays minicamp practice, Butt caught a couple of touchdowns from Case Keenum. Musgrave says “whether it’s at the tight-end position or outside the numbers at the wide-receiver spot, he’s got the body control to get open,” so it sounds like the Broncos really like what they see from the second-year tight end after he was unable to play during his rookie season because of the knee injury suffered in his final college game at Michigan. Butt splitting out wide at receiver is probably a good sign for his potential overall use and fantasy value in 2018. He’s not getting drafted in many fantasy leagues, but Butt is a particularly appealing option in two-tight end formats; and Butt should be rostered in all dynasty leagues.

The Bengals are unsure if Tyler Eifert (back) will be ready for training camp, according to Ian Rapoport.
Eifert signed a one-year deal in the offseason to remain with Cincinnati, but he’s coming off the third back surgery of his career after playing just two games in 2017. Unfortunately, he “[tweaked] his back” according to Rapoport, which puts the start of training camp in doubt. And we’re just speculating, but it could extend into the regular season. If Eifert does get healthy, he has double-digit touchdown upside, but he might not be worth the risk over other promising options in fantasy drafts this summer.
