Join now >The Chargers are signing Virgil Green, according to Ian Rapoport.
Green spent the first seven seasons of his career in Denver, and he will now join the rival Chargers. He will slide in behind Hunter Henry as a very good blocking tight end, and this could mean the end of Antonio Gates’ time with the franchise. Don’t expect Green to have much fantasy value in Los Angeles, but he’s a solid real-life addition.

Rex Burkhead (knee) was limited in Thursday’s practice.
It’s the same as Wednesday’s status, and the same routine that was followed last week before Burkhead was inactive against the Titans. However, the Patriots played last Saturday night, so Friday’s session should be telling for their versatile running back. They could definitely use him against the Jags.

The Jets are signing Teddy Bridgewater to a one-year, $15 million deal, according to Ian Rapoport.
It reportedly has incentives to hit the max $15 million mark, but this is a very nice deal for Bridgewater, and it indicates the Jets anticipate him being their starting quarterback. More weapons around Bridgewater would help his individual statistics and fantasy value, but he’ll immediately deliver a tough and poise option that should help Todd Bowles and company win games. Consider Bridgewater a QB2 for fantasy purposes at the moment.

Tom Brady (hand) did not practice today.
Brady injured his throwing hand in yesterday’s practice, and the injury forced him to miss Thursday’s practice. We’ll see what kind of work he gets in tomorrow, but it would be a complete shock if Brady wasn’t out there on Sunday against Jacksonville in the AFC Championship. New England needs their leader to beat one of the best defenses in the NFL.

Quincy Enunwa has been tenured at the second-round level.
Enunwa missed the entire 2017 season with a neck injury, but the Jets clearly want to keep him around after a breakout 2016 season where he was a physical big-play threat. Expect to see the soon-t0-be 26-year-old back in New York next season with a combination of Teddy Bridgewater and Josh McCown throwing him passes. He should be worth considering at the back end of fantasy drafts.

Adam Thielen (lower back) was limited in practice today.
Thielen didn’t participate in yesterday’s practice, so this is a step in the right direction. He will certainly be out there against the Eagles with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line, but it’s possible he’ll be at less than 100%. We’ll see how he’s limited on the official injury report for the NFC Championship when it is released tomorrow.

Tight end Niles Paul is signing with the Jaguars, according to Mike Garafolo.
This likely eliminates Jacksonville’s interest in free agent tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins. Paul, who was basically just stuck behind Jordan Reed and then Vernon Davis in Washington, has solid receiving ability as a tight end, and he’ll tandem with Marcedes Lewis with the Jaguars. Paul will probably have the more consistent fantasy value in 2018, but the Jaguars might not feature him enough to make him a reliable TE1 option. It’ll be interesting to see his role throughout the preseason.
