There is a 0% chance of Brady missing Sunday’s AFC Championship versus Jacksonville, but this injury is still something to keep an eye on considering it’s his right throwing hand. Brady wasn’t available to talk to the media today—which is what people are making the biggest deal about—because he was with team doctors. The G.O.A.T. should be his usual self on Sunday, and we’ll update you with his practice status tomorrow.

The Lions have released former first-round pick Eric Ebron.
Detroit reportedly attempted to find a trade partner for Ebron, but they apparently couldn’t, so releasing him was a relatively easy decision with the soon-to-be 25-year-old set to make over $8 million in 2018. The former top-ten pick showed flashes over the past four years, but he never really came close to living up to his draft billing. He is still young, but if Ebron wants to turn into a good starter in the NFL, he needs to be more focused and more consistent. His fantasy value will be dependent on his landing spot, while the Lions could look to draft a tight end next month.

Rex Burkhead (knee) was limited in today’s practice.
Burkhead is reportedly set to return this Sunday for the AFC Championship Game against the Jaguars, but it’d be good to see him get a full practice in before declaring him set to return. This was the first official practice of the week, so hopefully he’s a full participant tomorrow or Friday.

The Raiders are re-signing tight end Lee Smith, according to Tom Pelissero.
Smith is mainly used a blocker for the Raiders, and he will be back in what should be a similar role in 2018. It would be a surprise if Smith delivered fantasy value this season, and he’ll be more of a real-life contributor to the real team in Oakland.

Mike Gillislee (knee) remains limited in practice.
It’s only the first practice of the week, but ideally Gillislee would have been a full participant. However, the Patriots are likely to take it slow with Gillislee considering he has not been active when Dion Lewis, James White, and Rex Burkhead have all been active anyway. We’ll see if Gillislee is able to get up to a full participant tomorrow.

The Ravens are expected to release wide receiver Jeremy Maclin.
Maclin tweeted a shrugging shoulders emoji a little bit ago, and reporters just started tweeting that he is being released. After the team agreed to deals with receivers John Brown and Ryan Grant yesterday, this isn’t a surprise; and now Maclin will be looking for a new team for the second time in two years. The former Pro Bowl receiver is still only 29 and should have plenty left in the tank, and he could end up being a steal for a team later in the free-agent process (despite the new league year not even starting yet). The Eagles, who Maclin started his career with, are a team to watch despite them not re-signing him back in 2015.

Adam Thielen (lower back) did not practice today.
There isn’t much concern about Thielen missing Sunday’s NFC Championship versus the Eagles, but his back is something to keep an eye on after he injured it in Minnesota’s Divisional Round win against the Saints. We’ll update you on Thielen’s practice status tomorrow.
