Tion Green | Free Agent RB

Tion Green gets 11 touches in season finale.

Green had nine carries for 21 yards and two receptions for 14 yards against the Packers. The undrafted rookie form Cincinnati came on late in the year for Detroit, carrying 42 times for 165 yards and two touchdowns while adding two receptions for 14 yards in his five games played. It’s possible he has a role in 2018, but the Lions might be revamping the running back position in the offseason.

Tyrell Williams | Free Agent WR

Tyrell Williams scores in Chargers’ win.

Williams caught three passes for 67 yards and a touchdown in the Week 17 win over Oakland. While he didn’t hit 1,000 yards like he did last season working as a number one target for Philip Rivers, Williams still played well this year, catching 43 passes for 728 yards and four touchdowns. It’s possible first-rounder Mike Williams pushes Tyrell out of a starting role, but we’ll see what happens this offseason.

1/1/18 - 12:20 AM ET

Fozzy Whittaker | Panthers RB

Fozzy Whittaker handles two touches in Week 17 loss.

Whittaker rushed once for no gain and caught a nine-yard pass. The 28-year-old finishes the regular season with seven carries for 18 yards and a 5/47/1 receiving line. He won’t be much of a factor offensively for Carolina in the playoffs.

12/31/17 - 11:49 PM ET

Doug Martin | Free Agent RB

Doug Martin ends forgettable season with three touches.

Martin rushed three times for negative-three yards. The former All-Pro runner had just 406 yards and three touchdowns on 138 attempts this season, and it’s the second-straight year where he’s been below 3.0 yards per carry. Tampa Bay will almost certainly get rid of Martin in 2018, and his fantasy value will be dependent on his landing spot. He turns 29 in two weeks.

1/1/18 - 01:52 AM ET

Matthew Stafford | Rams QB

Matthew Stafford torches the Packers in Week 17.

Stafford was 20/29 for 323 yards and three touchdowns in the victory. His regular season ends with 4,446 passing yards, 29 passing touchdowns, ten interceptions, and a 65.7% completion percentage. For what it’s worth, Stafford’s 99.3 quarterback rating was the best of his nine-year career. It’s looking like the Lions will have a new coaching staff for 2018, so it’ll be interesting to see what kind of coach the franchise brings in for the league’s highest player. As of now, it looks like Stafford is likely to be at least a backend QB1 in 2018.

12/31/17 - 11:02 PM ET

Mohamed Sanu | Free Agent WR

Mohamed Sanu caught seven passes for 71 yards in Sunday’s win over the Panthers.

Sanu also rushed once for no gain from the wildcat formation on third and short. Atlanta took care of business to make the postseason, and they’ll now travel to Los Angeles next Saturday night to take on Jared Goff and the Rams. In the regular season, Sanu actually finished with better numbers than 2016 with a career-high 67 receptions for 703 yards and five touchdowns.

1/1/18 - 12:19 AM ET

DeAndre Washington | Free Agent RB

DeAndre Washington gets four touches in Week 17.

Washington had two carries for three yards and two receptions for zero yards against the Chargers. While he did score three touchdowns, Washington—and Oakland as a whole—was not close to where they were last season. Entering his third season, we’ll see if Washington has a bigger role next year.
