Josh Bellamy | Free Agent WR

Josh Bellamy gets two touches in Week 17.

Bellamy had a 30-yard reception and six-yard carry against the Vikings. At the moment, Bellamy probably won’t be a recommended fantasy option in 2018.

Chester Rogers | Texans WR

Chester Rogers caught two passes for 39 yards in Sunday’s win over the Texans.

Rogers actually led the team in yardage against Houston, but he finishes with a 23/284/1 receiving line in 11 games. The soon-t0-be 24-year-old probably won’t be a fantasy option in 2018.

12/31/17 - 10:17 PM ET

Jordan Howard | Free Agent RB

Vikings shut down Jordan Howard in Week 17.

Howard had nine carries for nine yard and one reception for five yards in the regular season finale loss. The second-year back’s regulars season ends with 276 carries for 1,122 rushing yards and nine rushing touchdowns along with 23 receptions for 125 receiving yards. While it wasn’t quite as impressive as his spectacular rookie season, Howard still had an excellent year; and remember, he did deal with a shoulder injury for much of the beginning of the season. He’s clearly worth a selection in the first two rounds of 2018 fantasy drafts, especially if Chicago’s offense takes a step forward.

12/31/17 - 10:17 PM ET

Marlon Mack | Free Agent RB

Marlon Mack scores in Week 17 win.

Mack rushed seven times for 28 yards and a touchdown, adding two receptions for 10 yards. The rookie finishes the season with 93 attempts for 358 yards (3.8 yards per carry) and three touchdowns, while also chipping in a 21/225/1 receiving line. Mack was thought to be a threat to Frank Gore’s status as the starter at some point, but that never happened, and the Colts may add talent to the backfield via the draft or free agency in the offseason. It might be wise to sell fellow dynasty-league owners on the 21-year-old being the lead guy in 2018, but if he actually does enter next season as the starter, he would be an upside RB2 with Andrew Luck healthy.

12/31/17 - 10:15 PM ET

Tarik Cohen | Free Agent RB

Tarik Cohen gets nine touches against the Vikings.

Cohen had three carries for 13 yards and six receptions for 14 yards, as Minnesota did a good job of limiting him. He actually also threw another pass in this game, but it was incomplete. The dynamic rookie’s regular season ends with 87 carries for 370 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns, 53 receptions for 353 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown, and one punt return touchdown. It looks like he’ll be a big-time weapon for the Bears moving forward, and he might be a more consistent FLEX option in 2018.

12/31/17 - 10:14 PM ET

Mitchell Trubisky | Bills QB

Mitchell Trubisky plays mistake-free in Bears’ Week 17 loss.

Trubisky was 20/36 for 178 yards against the Vikings, ending the rookie’s first NFL regular season. The second overall pick in the draft played in 12 games for the Bears, throwing for 2,193 yards with seven touchdowns, and seven interceptions with a 59.4% completion percentage. He also had 41 carries for 248 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns. The athleticism was evident for the young gunslinger from North Carolina, and he’ll have second-year-leap upside in 2018. It’ll be interesting to see who the next head coach of the Bears is, as John Fox is reportedly set to be let go.

12/31/17 - 10:12 PM ET

Frank Gore | Retired RB

Still got it: Frank Gore rushes for 100 yards in season finale.

Gore rushed 24 times for 100 yards and caught three passes for 11 yards in a 22-13 victory. The 34-year-old started all 16 games in 2017 and finishes with 261 attempts for 961 yards and three touchdowns, while also catching 29 passes for 245 yards and another score. Gore is a free agent in the offseason, but he could return to Indianapolis if Andrew Luck is healthy to make them a playoff contender. Despite turning 35 in May, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him turn in another solid season in 2018. That said, he’ll be no better than a FLEX option in fantasy drafts next summer.
