Join now >Foles struggles in Week 17.
The Eagles starters got limited action against the Cowboys, going 4/11 for 39 yards and an interception. The interception wasn’t a good one, as he threw it right into coverage and probably didn’t see the corner coming underneath the route—but those plays happen. Foles will need the offensive line to do its job and protect in the playoffs for the Eagles to have a chance.

Nate Sudfeld gets extended Week 17 action.
The Eagles rested their starters for much of the game against the Cowboys, and Sudfeld went 19/23 for 134 yards, adding a 22-yard carry on a scramble. Some will be calling for him to start over Nick Foles after playing pretty well, but that’s not going to happen. Sudfeld will backup Foles in the playoffs.

Orleans Darkwa houses 75-yard run in win over the Redskins.
Darkwa rushed 20 times for 154 yards and the touchdown, which came on the game’s first possession. Washington didn’t have much of a run defense with over 250 rushing yards allowed on Sunday, but it was a great finish for Darkwa nonetheless. The 25-year-old finishes the season with 171 attempts for 751 yards (4.4 yards per carry) and five touchdowns. An unrestricted free agent, Darkwa will probably struggle to find a starting role in 2018.

Eli Manning, Giants top the Redskins 18-10 in season finale.
Manning was 10/28 for 132 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, but it was enough to end the season on a high note. Despite an extremely disappointing year, Eli ended up completing 61.6% of his passes for 3,468 yards, 19 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions, and it sounds like he could return as the team’s starting quarterback in 2018. However, New York could easily select his successor with the second-overall pick in next April’s draft, and the head coach will be a factor in Manning’s success in his 15th season. As of now, it would be a surprise if he is considered in fantasy drafts next year.
12/31/17 - 09:01 PM ET
Noah Brown doesn’t catch a pass in Week 17.
Brown had four receptions for 33 yards this season, and he’s only someone to keep an eye on in dynasty leagues.
12/31/17 - 08:59 PM ET
James Hanna catches one pass against the Eagles.
Hanna gained 13 yards in the season finale. He probably won’t be a fantasy option heading into 2018.
12/31/17 - 08:58 PM ET
Jason Witten catches two passes against the Eagles.
The veteran tight end gained 17 yards on his two receptions (three targets). Witten’s season ends with 63 receptions for 560 yards (both lows since his rookie season) and five touchdowns. He clearly wants to continue playing, so you can expect Witten to be in the low-end TE1-to-TE2 conversation for 2018 fantasy drafts.
