The Cowboys were eliminated from playoff contention in the 21-12 defeat, thus ending a disappointing season. Williams could see the backups for Philadelphia in Week 17, but he still won’t be a recommended fantasy option.

Jimmy Garoppolo plays lights out against the Jags, improves to 4-0 this season.
Garoppolo faced his toughest test of the season against the Jaguars, and he passed in flying colors to remain undefeated as a starter in the NFL. The fourth-year quarterback is been simply amazing this season, as he doesn’t have a ton of help around him and is still leading his team to victories. Garoppolo was 21/30 for 242 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception along with a rushing touchdown on a quarterback sneak. Jimmy G will look to make it 5-0 next week against the Rams, but he’ll be carrying a ton of momentum into 2018 either way. He’s been so good that you can consider him as a QB1 for Week 17.

Dez Bryant, Cowboys eliminated from playoff contention after disappointing loss to Seattle.
Bryant caught three passes for 44 yards, and lost a fumble when cornerback Byron Maxwell punched it out. It came after Dez constantly complained on the sidelines for whatever reason, but he quickly quieted down after his mistake, which turned out to be a turning point in the game. As Troy Aikman flat out said on the FOX broadcast, Bryant is no longer a game-breaking receiver, and he’s been largely overrated recently. Even against Eagles reserves next Sunday, it’d be a mistake to rank him as anything more than a low-end WR2.

Ezekiel Elliott handles 28 touches in return.
Elliott rushed 24 times for 97 yards, adding four receptions for 21 yards through the air. It was Zeke’s first game back from a six-game suspension, but any storybook run for the Cowboys was erased in a 21-12 home loss to the Seahawks. Elliott will look to finish strong against what should be mostly backups for the Eagles in Week 17, so he should be a strong RB1 play.

Jaydon Mickens catches one pass in Week 16.
After his breakout two-touchdown performance last week, Mickens had only a five-yard reception against the Jaguars. It was risky to trust him in fantasy lineups, though, so hopefully you didn’t. He’s just a dynasty-league option for now.

Marcedes Lewis catches one pass against the 49ers.
Lewis gained 22 yards on his lone reception in the Week 16 loss. He’s not a recommended fantasy option at the moment.

Dak Prescott tosses two interceptions as Cowboys are eliminated from playoff contention.
Prescott was 21/34 for 182 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions, including a pick-six at the start of the second half in a 21-12 loss. He also rushed four times for 21 yards. Dallas had everything break their way earlier in the day to potentially earn a postseason berth with two-straight wins, but they collapsed on Sunday. Dak will look to finish strong next week against the probably-resting Eagles, but there will be some real questions—whether right or wrong—about him and the Cowboys in the offseason.
