Kirk Cousins, Redskins blow out the Broncos in home win.

Cousins was 19/37 for 299 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. He also rushed five times for eight yards. Washington hasn’t had the season they’ve wanted this year, but they are just a win against the 2-13 Giants away from an 8-8 finish, and it would be crazy for them to move on from head coach Jay Gruden after the season. Whether or not Cousins returns is a different question, but as for next Sunday, he will be a solid QB1 to finish things off.

C.J. Anderson gets 23 touches in Week 16.

Anderson had a very solid game against the Redskins, carrying 16 times for 88 yards and a touchdown while also adding seven receptions (on nine targets) for 45 yards. It appears he’ll remain well ahead of second-year back Devontae Booker for touches in Week 17, so consider Anderson a FLEX option agaisnt the Chiefs.

Michael Thomas plays through hamstring issue in Week 16 win.

Thomas caught four passes for 66 yards, and he didn’t look to be hampered much by his injured leg. The second-year receiver will be a no-doubt WR1 option against the 4-11 Bucs next Sunday, as New Orleans needs to win to lock up the NFC South.

Brock Osweiler can’t get much going in Broncos’ loss.

Osweiler was 22/38 for 193 yards and an interception along with four carries for 27 yards and a lot fumble in the Week 16 loss. He’s off the fantasy radar, and it’s possible we see Paxton Lynch start the season finale next week.

Ten Ginn leads Saints in receiving on Sunday.

Ginn caught four passes for 76 yards, including a 54-yard touchdown late in the second quarter to put New Orleans up 13-0 at the half. The speedster also rushed twice for 14 yards. Ginn wasn’t a recommended fantasy play because the Falcons had limited opponents all year with no plays of 50+ yards (the only team in the league to do so), but that’s no longer the case. New Orleans will need to play everyone in Week 17 to lock up the division, but Ginn won’t be much more than a high-upside FLEX option.

Elijah McGuire doesn’t get an offensive touch in Week 16.

The rookie running back is just a dynasty-league option at the moment.

Austin Seferian-Jenkins gets eight targets against the Chargers.

ASJ caught four passes for 21 yards in the Week 16 loss. He hasn’t had 25 yards in any of the last four games, so ASJ is difficult to trust in fantasy lineups.
