Tarik Cohen | Free Agent RB

Tarik Cohen gets four touches against the Browns.

Cohen had two carries for nine yards and two receptions (on two targets) for 12 yards in the Bears’ win. There are probably better FLEX options than “The Human Joystick” in Week 17 against Minnesota.

Jordan Howard | Free Agent RB

Jordan Howard scores twice in Bears’ win.

Cleveland did a nice job of playing strong defense up front to limit Chicago’s running game, as Howard averaged only two yards per carry. But he scored twice, making it a very good fantasy day in the first week of fantasy championships. Overall, Howard had 22 carries for 44 yards and two touchdown in the Week 17 victory, punching in a goal-line touchdown in the first quarter before running for a 16-yard touchdown in the third. Howard has a difficult matchup with the Vikings next week, but he’s ran well against them in his two-year career and should be locked into fantasy lineups to end the season.

12/25/17 - 12:01 AM ET

Marvin Jones Jr. | Free Agent WR

Marvin Jones caught three passes for 50 yards in the Lions’ loss to Cincinnati.

Jones didn’t find much success outside of a 31-yard reception against his former team, and Detroit was eliminated from playoff contention in a 26-17 defeat. The 27-year-old will look to finish strong next Sunday against the Packers, and he should be a volatile WR2/FLEX option in that matchup.

12/25/17 - 12:01 AM ET

Mitchell Trubisky | Bills QB

Mitchell Trubisky plays well in Bears’ Week 16 win.

Trubisky was sacked five times by the Browns, but he did a nice job against his hometown team, playing mistake-free football in some snowy Chicago conditions. The rookie quarterback was 14/23 for 193 yards along with seven carries for 44 rushing yards and a rushing score. The touchdown was on a quarterback draw that he took for four yards, and he did a snow angel celebration afterwards. Trubisky won’t be a fantasy option against Minnesota next week, but it’s good to see him continuing to show flashes that made him a top-two pick in the draft.

12/24/17 - 11:58 PM ET

Eric Ebron | Free Agent TE

Eric Ebron scores 33-yard touchdown in loss to the Bengals.

Even excluding the touchdown, Ebron continued his second-half surge with five receptions and 83 yards, both of which led the team. The former first-round pick will look to close out the 2017 campaign on a high note next Sunday against the Packers, and he should be a low-end TE1 based off his recent play.

12/24/17 - 11:58 PM ET

Theo Riddick | Retired RB

Theo Riddick leads backfield in touches as Lions are eliminated from playoff contention.

Riddick rushed eight times for 16 yards and caught three passes for 23 yards. Despite it being a close game throughout, the Lions aired it out 35 times, and it didn’t lead to much success. Riddick led the team in carries and touches, but the backfield will be difficult to predict in Week 17 with nothing to play for, so it’s best to look elsewhere.

12/24/17 - 11:56 PM ET

Corey Coleman | Free Agent WR

Corey Coleman catches one pass in Browns’ loss.

Coleman was targeted six times by DeShone Kizer, but they only connected once for three yards. The second-year receiver could really benefit by getting something going heading into the offseason when the Browns face the Steelers next weekend.
