Join now >Emmanuel Sanders (ankle) is out for Week 16.
Sanders didn’t make the trip to Washington with the team, and he’s been ruled out for tomorrow’s game against the Redskins. Sanders has been dealing with his ankle issue for a few weeks and appeared to tweak it a bit a couple Thursdays ago against the Colts, but this is still a bit of a surprise. Demaryius Thomas should see a good amount of targets on Christmas Eve.

Tom Savage (concussion) has been placed on injured reserve.
Savage’s season ends with 1,412 passing yards with five touchdowns, six interceptions, and a 56.1% completion percentage. He started seven games for the Texans, opening the season under center for them until Deshaun Watson came in and took the job from Week 2 until his torn ACL in the beginning of November. Savage will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and head coach Bill O’Brien seems to be a fan, so we’ll see if he re-signs with Houston as a backup to Watson.

Amari Cooper (ankle) is questionable for Christmas Night.
Cooper was a limited participation in practice for the second day in a row, and he’ll be a game-time decision for Week 16 against the Eagles. If Cooper is active, he’d be in the FLEX conversation. However, you’ll need to have a backup plan if you’re planning on inserting him into your lineup, as the Raiders play in the final game of the week. All things considered, there are probably safer options out there than Cooper for the first week of fantasy championships.

Jeremy Maclin (knee) is inactive against the Colts.
This was fully expected, as Maclin was listed as doubtful coming into today. This should mean a true number one receiver role for Mike Wallace against a vulnerable Colts secondary, so he’s squarely in the FLEX conversation for the first week of fantasy championships. The Ravens need to win games to get in, but the playoffs might be the target for Maclin’s return.
12/23/17 - 03:06 PM ET
Chris Hogan (shoulder) is listed as questionable for this week.
Hogan remained limited in practice all week, so we’d say he’s probably unlikely to play on Christmas Eve against the Bills. It wouldn’t be surprising if he did play, but the Patriots probably won’t insert Hogan back into the lineup until he’s able to practice fully.
12/22/17 - 06:02 PM ET
DeVante Parker (ankle) is questionable for Week 16.
After not practicing Wednesday or Thursday, Parker was able to get in a full practice today. He’ll probably be out there against the Chiefs, but be sure to check in at 11:30 AM ET on Sunday. Parker would be in FLEX consideration if he plays on Christmas Eve.

Amari Cooper (ankle) was limited in today’s practice.
This is a positive step for Cooper, who is trying to get healthy enough to play on Christmas Night against the Eagles. One would think Cooper would love to play on Christmas, as those opportunities don’t come very often. We’ll see how he’s listed on the official injury report when it’s released tomorrow.
