Carlos Hyde held in check, but Niners top Titans with late field goal.

Hyde rushed 16 times for just 25 yards, adding two receptions for 14 yards. The 27-year-old couldn’t find much running room, but Jimmy Garoppolo made up for it with nearly 400 yards through the air. Hyde will look to bounce back on Christmas Eve against the Jaguars, but they are a difficult matchup. Consider him more of a FLEX than RB2 for the fantasy championship.

Jimmy Garoppolo orchestrates game-winning drive; improves to 3-0 with the Niners.

Garoppolo was 31/43 for 381 yards, one touchdown, and no turnovers. The yards were a career high in the 25-23 win, and Jimmy G found Garrett Celek for his touchdown pass. Kyle Shanahan’s complex offensive system should take years to master, but Garoppolo hasn’t struggled much with it so far in San Francisco. He will have his most difficult task next week against Jacksonville, so those in the fantasy championship should look elsewhere in Week 16.

Corey Davis works behind Rishard Matthews and Eric Decker as Titans fall to 8-6.

Davis caught three passes for 28 yards in the loss, as the rookie is still seeking his first touchdown and first 50-yard game. A late-season emergence would be huge for Tennessee’s playoffs hopes over the final two weeks of the season, but Davis shouldn’t be in fantasy lineups on Christmas Eve against the Rams.

Delanie Walker has up-and-down performance in Week 15 loss.

Walker caught five passes for 37 yards and a touchdown, but he also dropped a perfect pass from Marcus Mariota for another touchdown and lost a fumble in a 25-23 loss. The veteran should be a low-end TE1 option on Christmas Eve against the Rams in a huge game for Tennessee’s quest for a wild-card spot.

Eric Decker caught five passes for 63 yards in Sunday’s loss to San Francisco.

Decker made some key catches for the Titans, but a late field goal by the Niners gave them a 25-23 win. The veteran receiver will look to contribute on Christmas Eve against the Rams in a game that would be huge for Tennessee. He’s nothing more than a decent FLEX option.

Rishard Matthews goes for 6/95/1 in loss to the 49ers.

Matthews led the team in receiving, but it wasn’t enough to avoid the second-straight loss for Tennessee. With the Rams and Jaguars on tap for the final two weeks of the season, the Titans have some work to do if they want to earn a wild-card spot. Matthews is a decent FLEX option for Week 16 against Los Angeles.

Derick Henry handles nine touches in Week 15 loss.

Henry rushed seven times for 19 yards and caught two passes for nine yards. The second-year back is playing clearly behind DeMarco Murray, but perhaps it’s time for the Titans to shake things up as they look to earn a playoff berth after two-straight losses. There’s no indication that will happen, though, Henry is nothing more than a volatile FLEX option against the Rams on Christmas Eve.
