Join now >Cooper Kupp catches two passes in Week 15.
Kupp gained 21 yards on his two receptions (three targets), but he did have a bad drop on a would-be third-down conversion early in the game—though it didn’t affect the Rams much in their blowout win against Seattle. Kupp is harder to trust in fantasy lineups with Robert Woods back and healthy.

Ben Roethlisberger commits late mistake to cost Steelers in 27-24 loss to New England.
Roethlisberger was 22/30 for 281 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. He also rushed three times for 10 yards. Unfortunately, his lone turnover could wind up costing Steelers home-field advantage in the playoffs and possibly a Super Bowl appearance, as it’s difficult to see them beating Tom Brady and Bill Belichick in Foxborough. After Tom Brady orchestrated a go-ahead drive to put the Pats up 27-24 with 28 seconds to go, Big Ben hit JuJu Smith-Schuster for a 69-yard gain to set up the game-tying field goal, but a fake spike turned disastrous when Roethlisberger inexplicably tried fitting the ball into tight coverage instead of throwing it out of bounds, and cornerback Eric Rowe deflected the pass, which resulted in an interception by Duron Harmon. He will look to make amends on Christmas Day against the Texans, where he should be a solid QB1.

Robert Woods scores in his return from a shoulder injury.
After missing the last three games while dealing with the shoulder injury suffered back in Week 11 against the Vikings, Woods stepped right back in as a reliable target for Jared Goff. Woods head the team in receiving, catching six of seven targets for 45 yards and a touchdown, with the score coming on a one-yard route in the flat where he was wide open. Woods didn’t show any limitations with his shoulder, and he is a high-floor fantasy option next week against the Titans.

Tavon Austin gets extensive work as a ball-carrier in Week 15.
The Rams were destroying the Seahawks, and head coach Sean McVay decided to give Austin a career-high in carries in the victory. Austin had ten rushing attempts for 44 yards, as he ran well as a traditional running back, something he’s done well all season when given chances. This was Austin’s first career game with double-digit rushing attempts, so he probably had some fun doing it. The dynamic playmaker is an important member of the Rams, but it doesn’t equate to much fantasy value right now.

Malcolm Brown gets ten carries in Week 15.
With the game an absolute blowout against the Seahawks, Brown received a good amount of work and also did damage versus Seattle’s defense. Brown picked up 45 yards on his ten attempts in the victory. He’s just a handcuff for a Todd Gurley in fantasy, but Brown is a very good real-life backup for the Rams.

Kenny Britt catches one pass in Patriots debut.
It went for seven yards, and was his only target of the game. Britt could be more of a factor against Buffalo’s smaller cornerbacks next week, but he won’t be a reliable fantasy option on Christmas Eve.

Todd Gurley runs wild against the Seahawks.
Seattle was no match for Gurley and the Rams, as Los Angeles got off to an extremely hot start and didn’t look back, basically locking up the NFC West with two weeks to go. Gurley carried 21 times for 152 yards and three rushing touchdowns along with three receptions for 28 yards and one receiving touchdown. All game, Gurley gashed Seattle’s defense with big chunk runs, including a 57-yard score on an outside zone where he zoomed to the end zone. And Gurley’s short touchdowns were basically walk-ins. After the performance, a lot of teams with Gurley are probably off to fantasy championships—and this could’ve been an even bigger performance if Seattle put up a better performance. Gurley, who leads the league with 17 touchdowns, is clearly an elite RB1 for Week 16 against Tennessee.
