Kyle Rudolph (ankle) misses second straight practice.

Rudolph’s ankle injury isn’t though to be severe, but we’re already two practices in this week and he hasn’t been out there. The big tight end getting in at least a limited practice tomorrow would be a good sign for his Week 15 status, but expect him to be listed as questionable either way when the injury report is released tomorrow.

Hunter Henry catches three passes in Week 15.

Henry was targeted only three times in the game, so he caught all of his targets, gaining 28 yards. The second-year tight end did his damage early in the game, but the Chargers went away from him a little bit as the night progressed. Henry will be in the TE1 conversation on Christmas Eve against the Jets.

Allen Hurns (ankle) remains out of practice.

Dealing with a high-ankle sprain, Hurns has missed the last four games. Don’t expect him to return this week, but we’ll keep an eye on his practice status throughout the week to see if he gets any closer to coming back.

The Vikings have placed tight end Blake Bell (shoulder) on IR.

Bell’s season is over. The former Oklahoma quarterback had only three receptions for 19 yards on the season, but he had become an asset for the Vikings as a blocker in multiple tight end sets. Bell is under contract with Minnesota next season and should be back.

Joe Mixon progresses in the concussion protocol.

Mixon was a limited participant in today’s practice, which indicates he’s through some stages of the protocol. Hopefully he’s feeling better and is able to get fully cleared soon, but the Bengals clearly are not going to rush it. It’s possible Cincinnati just rules out their rookie running back tomorrow if he isn’t cleared ahead of the weekend.

Tyrell Williams catches three passes against Kansas City.

Williams gained 31 yards on his three receptions (seven targets), including a long of 18 yards. He did have a chance at a deep ball down the field that he got his hands on but couldn’t quite come up with it. Williams isn’t a highly-reccomended FLEX option next week against the Jets.

Alvin Kamara (concussion) was a full participant in practice today.

Kamara told reporters he’ll be out there on Sunday against the Jets, and it appears he’s cleared concussion protocol and will in fact be in the lineup. It’s good to hear Kamara is feeling better after the concussion suffered last Thursday night. The dynamic rookie running back obviously needs to be in all fantasy lineups with fantasy championship berths on the line in many leagues.
