Tyrod Taylor | Jets QB

Tyrod Taylor will start this week for the Bills.

Taylor has been practicing fully and appears to be over his knee injury so this was fully expected, but Bills head coach Sean McDermott just confirmed it. It’ll be good to see Taylor back in the lineup, but he has a matchup with a Dolphins defense that’s been playing lights out over the last two weeks. He’s not a recommended QB1 for the second week of the fantasy playoffs, and you’ll probably need some big rushing stats for him to deliver top-ten value.

Allen Hurns | Free Agent WR

Allen Hurns (ankle) practices on a limited basis.

After not practicing for the last five weeks, it’s great to see Hurns back on the practice field. He might not be quite ready to return from his high-ankle sprain this weekend, but he’s at least inching closer to a return. We’ll see how he’s listed when the official injury report for the game is released sometime tomorrow.

12/14/17 - 05:19 PM ET

Travis Kelce | Chiefs TE

Travis Kelce caught six passes for 46 yards in Saturday night win over the Chargers.

Kelce was held to one yard in the first meeting between Kansas City and Los Angeles, so it could have been worse for fantasy owners. The talented tight end should bounce back in a a great matchup with the Dolphins on Christmas Eve, and he will be an elite TE1 for Week 16.

12/17/17 - 12:00 AM ET

Adrian Peterson | Free Agent RB

Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians is unsure if Adrian Peterson (neck) will play again this season.

Peterson has missed the past two games with a neck injury, so it might make sense to shut the 32-year-old down for the remainder of the season with Arizona at 6-7. At the very least, Peterson doesn’t sound likely at all to play this week, so Kerwynn Williams should handle most of the backfield work again and is worth a look as a FLEX play against Washington.

12/13/17 - 04:45 PM ET

Trevor Siemian | Free Agent QB

Trevor Siemian has a shoulder sprain.

Some reports are saying it’s a dislocated shoulder for Siemian, with others saying it’s the same injury he suffered last season which forced him to have surgery during the offseason. Either way, Siemian’s season is almost certainly over, and he’ll likely be placed on Injured Reserve soon. There should be more information in the coming days, as Siemian is reportedly set to get an MRI tomorrow.

12/15/17 - 01:03 AM ET

Leonard Fournette | Free Agent RB

Leonard Fournette (quadricep) remains out of practice.

This is now two straight missed practices for Fournette, so it’s becoming a bit of a concern. It’s not lock the rookie running back is out there this weekend against the Texans, so be sure to check back in tomorrow when the official injury report is released to see how he’s listed.

12/14/17 - 05:17 PM ET

Keenan Allen | Bears WR

Keenan Allen gets eight targets in Week 15.

Allen caught five passes for 54 yards in the loss to Kansas City. Allen came into the game as one of the hottest players in the league, with four-straight 100-yard receiving games, so he was bound to see a dip in production at some point. He did leave the game late with a back injury, but it’s probably not too serious, as the Chargers were down by 17 with a very unlikely chance of coming back. Assuming he’s ready to go, Allen will be a WR1 against the Jets on Christmas Eve.
