Wentz took a big hit when diving for the end zone on a touchdown play that was called back because of a holding penalty on right tackle Lane Johnson. Wentz went on to throw a touchdown on fourth-and-goal later in the drive, but he clearly didn’t look himself judging by the look on his face. The Eagles are currently in a big-time battle with the Rams, so hopefully Wentz is OK and able to return to the game. For now, expect backup Nick Foles to enter the game for Philadelphia.

Mark Ingram (toe) is officially active against Atlanta.
Even on a short week, Ingram wasn’t expected to miss this big Thursday night NFC South matchup. Though there might be a chance he sits out some snaps, you should feel good about inserting him into your fantasy lineup for the first week of the fantasy playoffs. Ingram is a top-five option for Week 14.

Samaje Perine leaves game with a stomach injury.
Late in the game with the Chargers up big, it’s unlikely the rookie running back returns today. He had 17 carries for 45 rushing yards and four receptions for seven receiving yards before leaving, as the Chargers did a very good job of limiting Washington’s offense. Perine should be a high-volume option again next week against the Cardinals.

Rishard Matthews (hamstring) was a full participant in today’s practice.
Barring a setback, Matthews is set to return after missing the last two games with his hamstring injury. The Titans do face the Cardinals this week, so Matthews might need to contend with the All Pro Patrick Peterson. In his first game back, there might be better options for the first week of the fantasy playoffs. Matthews’ presence is a boost for Marcus Mariota against Arizona.

Josh McCown (left wrist) has been ruled out against Denver.
The injury was initially called a hand injury, but now it’s being called a wrist. McCown might be dealing with a fracture of some sort, but hopefully it’s not that bad. Before leaving, McCown was only 6/12 for 46 yards and an interception, as the Broncos have actually been playing well in pass defense today.

Amari Cooper (ankle) did not practice today.
The team hopes Cooper is able to get his ankle healthy enough to play this week, but his chances don’t look great right now. Hopefully Cooper is at least able to get in a limited practice tomorrow ahead of the injury report being released.
12/7/17 - 07:51 PM ET
Josh McCown (hand) is questionable to return against the Broncos.
McCown suffered the injury to his left non-throwing hand, which is a positive sign, but there’s still a chance his day is done. Bryce Petty is now in the game for the Jets.
