Join now >The NFL has suspended Rob Gronkowski for one game.
This was fully expected after Gronk’s late hit on Bills rookie cornerback Tre’Davious White late in yesterday’s win. While Gronk seems like a genuinely good and respectful guy, it was clearly an unnecessary hit that probably deserves the suspension. The All-Pro tight end can appeal the decision, but he might have trouble winning it. Expect to not have your elite TE1 for the first week of the fantasy playoffs, and this probably gives a slight boost to Rex Burkhead for Week 14. If he happens to be available in your league, Chargers tight end Hunter Henry, who faces a Redskins team that hasn’t been good against opposing tight ends this season, is an excellent target to plug in for Gronk.

Tyrod Taylor (knee) is considered day-to-day.
Taylor has avoided structural damage to his knee and is basically dealing with a bruise. There’s a definite chance he plays in Week 14 against the Colts, but we’ll have to monitor his status throughout the week. Taylor would be an excellent streaming option if he’s able to go this week.

Mack Hollins catches 10-yard pass in Week 13 loss.
It was his only reception of the game as Philly fell to Seattle 24-10. Hollins should probably play ahead of Torrey Smith for the Eagles, but that probably won’t change down the stretch. The rookie belongs on the waiver wire for the fantasy playoffs.

Torrey Smith gets seven targets in Week 13.
Smith caught five passes for 29 yards against the Seahawks. The Eagles continue to use Smith as basically a full-time player, but we definitely think it’s a good idea to get Nelson Agholor as many snaps as possible. Perhaps Smith will do some damage in a potential shootout with the Rams next week, but he’s not a highly-reccomended fantasy option.

Trey Burton caught four passes for 42 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Seahawks.
Burton saw more playing time after Zach Ertz left with a concussion, but Ertz will hopefully be OK for Week 14 against the Rams. If not, Burton would be a no-doubt TE1 option.
12/4/17 - 05:59 PM ET
Paul Richardson gets four targets in Week 13.
Richardson caught two passes for eight yards against the Eagles. He did have a shot at a jump ball that he normally comes down with, but it went off his hands. Richardson has a tough task dealing with Jacksonville’s elite secondary next week, so he’s probably best left out of fantasy lineups.
12/4/17 - 05:57 PM ET
Alshon Jeffery caught four passes for 61 yards in Sunday’s loss to Seattle.
Signed to a 52-million-dollar contract earlier in the week, Jeffery made some plays but was also struggling to gain separation at times with Byron Maxwell and Shaquill Griffin on him. Alshon should be a focus of Wade Phillips’ defense next Sunday, but he remains a WR2 option. Hopefully Nelson Agholor’s play will open things up.
