Russell Shepard | Retired WR

Russell Shepard caught three passes for 29 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Saints.

Shepard has had a nice role to himself since Curtis Samuel went down for the season, but he hasn’t surpassed 40 receiving yards or scored since the season opener. Keep Shepard on the waiver wire for the fantasy playoffs.

12/4/17 - 04:11 PM ET

Devontae Booker | Free Agent RB

Devontae Booker sees just three touches in Week 13 loss.

Booker rushed twice for eight yards and caught a pass for no gain. It’s a surprise in a game that Denver was dominated 35-9, and it no longer looks like fantasy owners can rely on them playing the youger Booker down the stretch. It still might be worth keeping the second-year back rostered, but he shouldn’t be in lineups next week with fantasy playoffs set to begin.

12/4/17 - 01:48 PM ET

Devin Funchess | Free Agent TE

Devin Funchess scores in up-and-down Week 13 loss.

Funchess caught four passes for 60 yards, including a 24-yard touchdown reception to save his fantasy day in the fourth quarter. The 23-year-old receiver also committed a bad drop in the red zone, but he continues to perform since the Kelvin Benjamin trade with lines of 5/86, 5/92/2, 7/108, and Sunday’s 4/60/1. He should be downgraded for the first week of the fantasy playoffs, though, as Funchess should see plenty of Xaiver Rhodes. Consider him a low-end WR2/FLEX for Week 14.

12/4/17 - 04:09 PM ET

Jerick McKinnon | Free Agent RB

Jerick McKinnon scores in win over the Falcons.

McKinnon rushed nine times for 24 yards and caught five passes for 28 yards and a touchdown. The score came on a two-yard reception in the second quarter after Latavius Murray rumbled down near the goal line, and McKinnon finished it off. The Vikings travel to Carolina in Week 14, but they are as hot as anyone right now, so McKinnon is still a good RB2 in PPR leagues and a decent FLEX in standard leagues.

12/4/17 - 11:09 AM ET

Christian McCaffrey | 49ers RB

Christian McCaffrey handles 11 touches, scores in 31-21 loss to the Saints.

McCaffrey caught five passes for 33 yards, including a 21-yard touchdown in the second quarter. He also rushed six times for 16 yards. The Panthers’ first-round pick has been held under eight carries for three-straight games after an impressive 15-carry, 66-yard performance in Week 9, and it’s fair to wonder if the offense would be doing better with McCaffrey operating as the lead ball-carrier. He should be relied upon through the air next week against Minnesota’s elite run defense, making the rookie a RB1/RB2 in standard leagues and a clear RB1 in PPR leagues.

12/4/17 - 04:05 PM ET

Matthew Stafford | Rams QB

Matthew Stafford does not have a fractured hand.

Lions head coach Jim Caldwell announced that X-rays on Stafford were negative, which is a major positive. However, it’s still possible there’s other damage that makes the injury serve enough that he’ll miss some time. For now, consider him questionable for Week 14 against the Buccaneers.

12/3/17 - 05:43 PM ET

Brandon Williams | Colts TE

Brandon Williams catches two passes in Week 13.

Williams gained 11 yards on his two receptions against the Jaguars. He’s not a recommended fantasy option behind Jack Doyle on the depth chart.
