Matt Moore, Dolphins fall to 4-7 with 35-17 loss in New England.

Starting in place of Jay Cutler (concussion), Moore was 23/34 for 215 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions. He also rushed twice for nine yards. The Patriots jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter, and Miami played catch up the rest of the way. If he’s cleared, Cutler should be back under center in Week 13 against Denver. Moore wouldn’t be a fantasy option if he got another start.

J.J. Nelson held to one reception in Week 12 win.

It went for 14 yards. Even with John Brown out, the speedster had to do battle with two elite corners on the outside. He should have better luck next week against the Rams.

Zach Ertz goes over 100 yards in Eagles’ win.

It’s Week 12, but Ertz’s 100-yard effort was the first by an Eagles receiver this season in a balanced passing attack. Overall, Ertz caught ten passes for 103 yards and a touchdown against the Bears, with the score coming on another route up the seam where he seemingly always gets open for Carson Wentz. Ertz will remain an excellent option in Week 13 against a Seahawks team that hasn’t been great against opposing tight ends this season.

Marqise Lee gets shadowed by Patrick Peterson in Week 12 loss.

Lee caught just one pass for 13 yards. Things will get significantly easier next Sunday against the Colts, and Lee will be back on the FLEX radar with Dede Westbrook giving the defense another wideout to worry about. Lee went for 4/72 in Week 7 in Indianapolis.

Deonte Thompson catches one pass in Week 12.

Thompson gained six yards on his lone reception versus the Chiefs. He should have some good games over the last few weeks of the season, but it’s difficult to trust Thompson in fantasy lineups.

Jalen Richard scores in Week 12.

Richard had two carries for 17 yards and added two receptions (on two targets) for 13 yards and a touchdown in a win over the Broncos. The score came on an in-breaking route near the goal line where Richard made a nice catch in some traffic. The second-year back is more of a dynasty league option right now.

Jay Ajayi gets six touches in Week 12.

Ajayi carried five times for 26 yards and added one reception for seven yards against the Bears. The big back broke yet another long run in his third game with the team, running for 30 yards—but he was tackled and stripped from behind, and the ball rolled in the end zone and was recovered by teammate Nelson Agholor for a touchdown. Ajayi isn’t getting the amount of work once anticipated when he was traded to the Eagles, so he carries risk next week against a still-strong Seahawks run defense.
