This makes two straight games with a touchdown for Watkins, and four on the season. The score came on a 17-yard screen pass in the third quarter, and overall Watkins had two receptions (on three targets) for 41 yards and the touchdown against the Texans. Watkins hasn’t had more than a handful of targets since his 106-yard, two-touchdown game in Week 3 against the 49ers, but maybe they’ll get him involved more frequently moving forward. Next week against the Vikings, Watkins might have a difficult matchup against elite cornerback Xavier Rhodes; but it’s possible Rhodes is on Robert Woods, who has four touchdowns over his last two games—or the Vikings might not even play matchups and just have their corners play sides.

Bilal Powell disappoints with Matt Forte out of the lineup.
Powell rushed 10 times f0r 30 yards and caught a six-yard pass, as Elijah McGuire out-touched and out-gained him in the loss. Some fantasy experts wanted to immediately call Powell an RB1 with Forte out, but that was clearly a mistake. Outside of a fluky 75-yard touchdown earlier in the season, it’s been mostly a struggle for Powell this year. McGuire might be the better fantasy option down the stretch.

Roger Lewis scores in Week 10 loss.
It was a 14-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter with the game all but over. Lewis finished with three receptions for 33 yards. He can remain on the waiver wire.

Chris Godwin steps up with Mike Evans suspended.
Godwin caught five passes for 68 yards, as he impressed with strong hands in traffic against the Jets. The rookie should have earned more playing time for down the stretch, but Tampa Bay isn’t good enough for it to lead to reliable fantasy value. He’s just a dynasty option with Evans returning in Week 11.

Sterling Shepard catches career-high 11 passes in loss to the Niners.
Shepard had 11 receptions for 142 yards, as Eli Manning peppered him with underneath targets as the Giants trailed the previously winless 49ers. We had him ranked as a WR2 for Week 10 because of the matchup, but Shepard should be back in FLEX territory against the rested Chiefs next Sunday.

Adam Thielen goes off against the Redskins.
Thielen again showed he’s one of the NFL’s top receivers, as he caught eight of 12 targets for 166 yards and a touchdown in the Week 10 victory. Thielen had a long of 49 yards in the game, and he continuously got open throughout the game. The touchdown came on a pass by the goal line where he made himself available for Case Keenum, who threw a perfect pass away from Josh Norman for the score. The Vikings face a Rams defense in what isn’t an easy matchup for receivers, but Thielen is a WR1/WR2 that should be in lineups every week.

Shane Vereen contained as Giants fall to 1-8.
Vereen rushed five times for 11 yards and caught four passes for 27 yards. The receiving back isn’t fantasy relevant right now. New York will look to avoid 1-9 next week against the Chiefs.
