Join now >Marvin Jones is signing with the Jaguars.
Jacksonville continues to be aggressive in their first offseason under Urban Meyer, adding a veteran piece to a young group of receivers. This sets up D.J. Chark, Laviska Shenault, and Jones to be the top three receivers for likely No. 1 overall pick Trevor Lawrence, so the rookie quarterback will have plenty of size to throw the ball to on the outside in Meyer’s offense. Jones has nine touchdowns in three of his past four seasons.

The Texans are signing Tyrod Taylor.
This is an interesting signing, with Taylor reportedly able to make up to $12.5 million. If Deshaun Watson is traded or holds out, Taylor would obviously have a real chance to start again. Also, Taylor is a very good leader and teammate, so maybe he can try to play peacemaker for Watson and Houston.

Andy Dalton is signing with the Bears.
It’s reportedly a one-year, $10 million deal that can reach $13 million with incentives. We still have the draft to come, and more moves can be made via trade, but it looks like it might be Dalton and former Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles battling for the starting quarterback job in Chicago this year as things currently stand.

The Titans re-signed Geoff Swaim.
With Jonnu Smith set to leave for New England, Swaim could be poised for a bigger role for the Titans next season. The former Cowboy will look to carve out a sizable offensive role this summer.

The Chiefs are releasing Damien Williams, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Williams opted out of the 2020 season, so the last time we saw him was in Super Bowl LIV when he was arguably the best player on the field. Although he will turn 29 next month, Williams has limited tread on the tires and should be viewed as one of the top players at the position for teams in need of a running back. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see New England or Tampa Bay make a run at Williams in the coming days.

The Giants have agreed to terms with John Ross on a one-year deal, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
Ross fell out of favor in Cincinnati, but he’s a talented player that could prove to be an absolute bargain for New York. Still just 25, the former No. 9 overall pick will bring big-time speed to the offense, which is something Daniel Jones was missing on the outside. The Giants remain a candidate to spend a high pick on a wideout (and might even remain in the running for a big-name free agent), but Ross should have a chance to get his career on track and rebuild his fantasy value in 2021.

The Colts have placed a second-round tender on Zach Pascal, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Pascal was a key part of Indy’s offense last season, and he should be back in 2021 assuming another team doesn’t try to sign him away. The Colts have been quiet ahead of the official start of free agency, but general manager Chris Ballard usually choses to seek values rather than chase big names. With T.Y. Hilton currently unsigned, the Indianapolis depth chart is headlined by Michael Pittman Jr., Parris Campbell, and Pascal.
