Alex Collins rushed 12 times for 55 yards in Sunday’s win over the Raiders.

Collins played behind Javorius Allen (25 touches), but the Ravens are running it enough for both to be productive. The former Seahawk is averaging 7.1 yards per carry on 37 attempts this season, and he could very well lead the backfield in Week 6 against Chicago. Consider him a FLEX option.

The 49ers do not plan to trade Carlos Hyde, according to Adam Schefter.

At the end of his story about NaVorro Bowman nearly getting traded to the Saints before he was released by the Niners, Schefter wrote: “There has been speculation that the 49ers could trade running back Carlos Hyde, but the team hasn’t had any trade talks involving him and does not plan to have any, according to a team source.” It sounds like the reports saying otherwise, particularly from Benjamin Allbright, are false. The running game runs through Hyde and he’s one of the offense’s most important players—they shouldn’t just give him away.

Seahawks shut down the Rams offense in Week 5.

Jared Goff was 22/47 for 288 yards, two interceptions, a lost fumble, and a 22-yard carry against a stifling Seattle defense. The Seahawks pressured Goff all day, as the one interception came off a tipped pass that went to defensive lineman Sheldon Richardson, and on the other interception it appeared Goff’s arm was hit and the pass was easily intercepted by Earl Thomas. The Rams will look to turn things around in Week 6, but it’s in another difficult matchup against a Jaguars defense that just picked off Ben Roethilsberger five times.

DeVante Parker (doubtful, ankle) is not expected to play today, according to Adam Schefter.

This doesn’t make things official, as Parker is a tough player, but being listed as doubtful makes it unlikely that he’s out there. We will get the final word at 11:30 AM ET, but fantasy owners should have already prepared to be without Parker for Week 6. Against the Falcons in a game they will have to score points, Jarvis Landry should see an increase of targets in the slot, and Kenny Stills should get some more chances to make downfield plays.

Javorius Allen handles 25 touches in 30-17 win over the Raiders.

Allen rushed 21 times for 73 yards and a score, which came at the goal line in the second quarter. He also caught four passes for 12 yards. The Ravens seem to change the backfield game plan each week, but Allen has been the most consistent with his usage as a receiver, and handling 20+ carries on Sunday was a great sign. Baltimore faces a tough Chicago front in Week 6, but Allen is probably a solid FLEX option.

Jeremy Maclin (shoulder) will be a game-time decision, according to Adam Schefter.

The shoulder issue apparently might keep the veteran receiver out of the game, as Maclin will reportedly have it examed pre game. It sounds like the decision won’t be fully up to Maclin, who’s one of the league’s toughest players and would almost certainly play if it were up to him. Be sure to check in at 11:30 AM ET to see if Maclin is active or inactive against the Bears.

J.D. McKissic gets seven touches in Week 5.

McKissic carried twice for no yards and added three receptions (on five targets) for 36 yards. We’ll have to see how McKissic is used it C.J. Prosise (ankle) is healthy after the team’s Week 6 bye week.
