Ricardo Louis | Free Agent WR

Ricardo Louis leads team in catches and yards on Sunday.

Louis caught five passes for 71 yards, but he was held without a touchdown in a 17-14 loss. The 23-year-old now has two-straight games with at least five catches and 64 yards, and he might be the Cleveland wideout you want to own (if any), especially if DeShone Kizer is no longer the starting quarterback. Louis is worth a look in deeper leagues. The Browns take on the Texans next Sunday.

Ed Dickson | Free Agent TE

Ed Dickson has the game of his career in Week 5 win.

Dickson caught five passes for a career-high 175 yards, as Cam Newton was able to find him across the middle for huge gains against the Lions. We wouldn’t rush to pick up Dickson from the waiver wire if you need help at tight end, as this will almost certainly be the best game of the season for him, and he has a difficult matchup with Philly on Thursday night. Despite averaging an insane 24.6 yards per catch on the year, he’s probably best left off your roster.

10/9/17 - 11:48 AM ET

T.Y. Hilton | Free Agent WR

T.Y. Hilton goes over 175 yards against the 49ers.

Though he was without Andrew Luck again, Hilton put up his second seven-catch, 150+ receiving yardage game of the year so far. The speedy receiver caught seven of nine targets for 177 yards, including a long of 63 yards and a 46-yarder in overtime, versus San Francisco. It’s possible Luck is back for Week 6, but Hilton is a solid option in fantasy lineups against the Titans either way.

10/9/17 - 11:16 AM ET

Jay Cutler | Free Agent QB

Dolphins win, but offense struggles again.

Jay Cutler was 12/26 for 92 yards, one touchdown, and one interception (along with two carries for eight yards) versus the Titans as the team improved to 2-2. Cutler’s touchdown came on a short throw to Jarvis Landry at the goal line, and the interception came on an ill-advised throw where a pressured Cutler tried to make a play. Despite the win, the offense obviously did not look good (though receiver DeVante Parker left early in the game with an ankle injury), and the offensive line continues to be a major problem for the team. Cutler has some upside, but he shouldn’t be in fantasy lineups until the offensive line and offense pick it up. The Dolphins are going to need to score in Week 6 against Atlanta.

10/9/17 - 11:47 AM ET

Christian McCaffrey | 49ers RB

Christian McCaffrey scores first career touchdown in win over the Lions.

McCaffrey caught five passes for 31 yards, including a six-yard score on a nice shovel pass in the second quarter. He also rushed three times for seven yards. Carolina continues to use the rookie in a variety of ways, and Sunday saw him work in the slot and as a traditional wide receiver. It’s possible the Panthers give him more work on Thursday night against the Eagles with veteran Jonathan Stewart just handling 21 touches, but either way McCaffrey is a strong RB2 play.

10/9/17 - 11:45 AM ET

Isaiah Crowell | Raiders RB

Isaiah Crowell has another inefficient day for Cleveland.

Crowell rushed 16 times for 60 yards and caught two passes for seven yards. The starter was stuffed on a short fourth down with the Browns knocking on the door of the end zone, and he also couldn’t haul in a DeShone Kizer pitch on an option play with the Browns attempting to score earlier in the game. Overall, it was a bad performance, and it’s clear Crowell isn’t the answer for Cleveland. Perhaps Kevin Hogan or Cody Kessler becoming the starting quarterback would open things up, but Crowell shouldn’t be in fantasy lineups until he shows something.
