Join now >Melvin Gordon (knee) was a full participant in practice today.
A full practice on Wednesday means Gordon’s knee doesn’t seem like an issue anymore, despite his lack of big numbers over the last couple weeks (and his lack of touches on Sunday). Gordon has made clear he’s really frustrated with his production, so you can expect the beast of a runner to be on his game this weekend against the Giants. He is an obvious top-ten option.

Jack Doyle (concussion) was limited in practice today.
Being limited means Doyle is off to a good start as he tries to get fully cleared of his concussion before Sunday. Check back in on his status throughout the week.

Jamaal Williams (knee) was officially a full participant in practice today.
The rookie running back said he was “good” earlier today, and he obviously is. It looks like he should be 100% heading into Sunday, but how the workload will be split is very much up in the air if Ty Montgomery is out. Aaron Jones was considered the better waiver wire pickup after he played well and scored a touchdown in Week 5, but Williams was previously the number two behind Montgomery.

Davante Adams (concussion) was limited in practice today.
Though he was in the hospital after his brutal hit last Thursday, Adams seems to be going through normal concussion protocol and it definitely sounds like he expects and wants to play this weekend. He will if he gets cleared of his concussion.
10/4/17 - 08:56 PM ET
Ty Montgomery (ribs) was a limited participant in practice today.
A limited participation indicates Montgomery can at least move around a bit without feeling too much discomfort from his broken ribs. But this is going to come down to whether he can take a hit without doing some serious internal damage to himself while dealing with the broken ribs. Montgomery might be limited all week.
10/4/17 - 08:54 PM ET
Kenny Golladay (hamstring) did not practice today.
It’s only Wednesday, so it’s certainly possible the Lions decided to just hold Golladay out another day. If he doesn’t practice tomorrow, then it’ll be reason to think he won’t suit up again this weekend.
10/4/17 - 08:53 PM ET
Sammie Coates (hamstring) was limited in practice today.
Coates might be close to a return, be he did have two limited practices last week before being inactive. A full practice would indicate he’s ready to play, which he hasn’t had yet.
