Nelson Agholor | Free Agent WR

Nelson Agholor plays well in Week 4.

The third-year receiver continues his major bounce back season, as he caught three of four targets for 58 yards against the Chargers. Agholor, who went to college at USC, showed a ton of energy in front of the Eagles-heavy Los Angeles crowd, and he made some big plays throughout the afternoon. Early in the game, Agholor showed his explosion on 36-yard reception on a dime from Carson Wentz—Agholor was in the slot and ran a go/fade type route down the sideline, and he showed his acceleration after a nice over-the-shoulder snag and nearly got in the end zone. Agholor is on pace for 48 receptions for 692 yards and eight touchdowns, and his numbers would be a lot higher if he was given more opportunities (he should probably be starting in two-receiver sets over Torrey Smith). The best news is that Agholor appears to be a lot more confident than he was last year, which was his only issue. The 24-year-old possesses elite ability.

Jack Doyle | Retired TE

Jack Doyle catches five passes in Week 4.

Doyle was targeted seven times, and he gained 27 yards on his five receptions while also dropping a pass. He’s on pace for 68 receptions and 658 yards this season, but he should put up better numbers when Andrew Luck is back (hopefully in Week 6).

Johnny Holton | Giants WR

Johnny Holton scores deep touchdown in loss to the Broncos.

It was a 64-yard score and Holton’s only catch of the game. It was also basically the only offense for the Raiders in Week 4. Holton isn’t a fantasy option.

Jordan Matthews | Panthers TE

Jordan Matthews is out at least a month with a thumb injury, according to Sal Capaccio.

According to Capaccio, Matthews is getting thumb surgery for the injury he sustained late in yesterday’s win against the Falcons. The Bills do have a run-heavy offense, which will help them get over this loss, but they’ll be looking for others to step up in Matthews’ absence. Rookie Zay Jones and Andre Holmes should be in line for more targets, but it’s no lock either of them become reliable fantasy options.

LeSean McCoy | Retired RB

LeSean McCoy rushed 20 times for 76 yards in Sunday’s win over the Falcons.

He also caught three passes for 32 yards. The Bills defense was the biggest reason they were able to upset the Falcons on Sunday, but sticking with the running game helped them control the ball some and keep the defense honest. McCoy has struggled in three-straight weeks, and he’s yet to find the end zone in 2017, so it might be time to downgrade him to high-end RB2 status. Shady is on pace for just 864 yards on the ground, though he has caught 21 passes for 163 yards to give him a boost in PPR leagues.

T.Y. Hilton | Free Agent WR

T.Y. Hilton gets six targets against Seattle.

Hilton caught three passes for 30 yards against the Seahawks, as he played well but really didn’t have a great chance to put up a similar performance to his first game agustin the Seahawks in 2013 when he had 140 yards and two touchdowns. Hilton is on pace for 68 receptions, 1,156 yards, and four touchdowns this season, but he’s been without Andrew Luck so far.

10/2/17 - 03:30 PM ET

Cordarrelle Patterson | Steelers RB

Cordarrelle Patterson caught six passes for 33 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Broncos.

He also rushed once for two yards. Patterson and some other guys picked up the slack with Michael Crabtree inactive, and Patterson actually led the team in catches. That said, whether or not Crabtree returns in Week 5, the dynamic return man can remain on the waiver wire.
