Donte Moncrief | Texans WR

Donte Moncrief catches two of three targets in Week 3 win.

Moncrief had 44 yards, including a long of 34, in the game against the Browns. With only five receptions through three games, the contract-year receiver probably shouldn’t be in fantasy lineups until Andrew Luck returns.

JuJu Smith-Schuster | Chiefs WR

JuJu Smith-Schuster scores in Week 4 win.

Smith-Schuster caught three passes for 47 yards and a touchdown, an 11-yard score in the second quarter after which he did a “Kamehameha.” The rookie has a right to celebrate, as he’s become the team’s primary slot receiver over the past two weeks, which should lead to more fantasy success. He’s worth a pickup heading into Week 5, especially in deeper leagues.

10/2/17 - 12:34 PM ET

Jacoby Brissett | Cardinals QB

Jacoby Brissett leads Colts to first win of the year.

Brissett played well against the Browns to help get the Colts to 1-2, going 17/24 for 259 yards and a touchdown while also adding five carries for 14 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. The second-year quarterback is playing very well right now, making smart plays while also playing with his legs when needed. He’ll be starting again this week versus Seattle, but he’s not a recommended fantasy option, even with his rushing potential.

9/25/17 - 01:29 PM ET

Mike Wallace | Free Agent WR

Mike Wallace breaks out in Week 4 loss.

After being held to one catch in each of the first three weeks, Wallace caught six passes for 55 yards and a touchdown on Sunday. The score was a 16-yarder in the third quarter, and the deep threat should get better as Joe Flacco does. Wallace could give Oakland’s corners trouble next Sunday.

10/2/17 - 12:58 PM ET

Matt Ryan | Free Agent QB

Matt Ryan struggles in Falcons’ 23-17 loss to the Bills.

Ryan was 24/42 for 242 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions. He also lost a fumble that was returned for a score, though it was a questionable call. After a long interception streak dating back to Week 13 of 2016, Ryan has thrown for five picks over the last two weeks. Against Buffalo, he was hurt by Julio Jones and Mohamed Sanu leaving with injuries, but it’s concerning nonetheless. It would be shocking if he didn’t pick up his pace of 4,436 yards, 20 touchdowns, and 20 interceptions, particularly in the touchdown/interception department. Fantasy owners need to look elsewhere for Week 5 with Atlanta on a bye; they play the Dolphins in Week 6.

10/2/17 - 11:54 AM ET

Chad Williams | Colts WR

Chad Williams catches only target in Week 3.

The rookie receiver was put in on a key third-down situation and caught an eight-yard pass for the first down. Williams is a dynasty league hold, but he’s not a fantasy option right now.

9/26/17 - 09:03 AM ET

Dak Prescott | Cowboys QB

Dak Prescott totals three touchdowns in Cowboys’ win.

Prescott played very well on limited pass attempts against the Cardinals, going 13/18 for 183 yards and two touchdowns while rushing three times for 16 yards and a touchdown on the ground. The second-year quarterback threw the ball accurately and showed his playmaking ability, making a few pinpoint throws while on the run including a 53-yard deep-ball touchdown to Brice Butler. The rushing touchdown came on a zone read where Prescott jumped and flipped over into the end zone. The Cowboys return home to play the Rams in Week 4.
