Tom Brady | Retired QB

Tom Brady plays great again, but the Patriots fall to 2-2.

Brady was 32/45 for 307 yards against the Panthers, scoring 14 fourth-quarter points to lead the team back and tie the game before Graham Gano kicked a game-winning field goal for the Panthers as time expired. As usual, Brady did a good job navigating the pocket, as he avoided pressure from Carolina and delivered strikes to his receivers. The touchdowns were two excellent passes to the back of the end zone to Chris Hogan and Danny Amendola. Look for Brady to have another great performance on Thursday night against Tampa Bay as he tries to help his team avoid falling to below .500.

Mohamed Sanu | Free Agent WR

Mohamed Sanu scores in Week 3 win.

San caught for passes for 28 yards, including a four-yard touchdown in the first quarter. Matt Ryan has done a great job spreading the ball to start the season, but Sanu hasn’t been forgotten. He’s in the FLEX conversation for next week’s game against the Bills.

9/25/17 - 12:55 PM ET

Kelvin Benjamin | Free Agent TE

Kelvin Benjamin goes over 100 yards against the Patriots.

The big receiver, who didn’t show any limitations after his knee scare last Sunday, caught all four of his targets and gained 104 yards, including a long of 43 yards. The Panthers were able to pickup big chunk plays down the field against New England, and Benjamin was a big part of that. He should be a good option next week against the Lions.

10/2/17 - 09:38 AM ET

Mark Ingram | Free Agent RB

Mark Ingram gets 18 touches in Week 4 win.

Ingram and Alvin Kamara split almost all the work in the backfield against Miami, and Ingram carried 14 times for 45 yards and had four receptions for 17 yards. Ingram gets a bye next week, so be sure to get someone else to put into your lineup for Week 5.

10/1/17 - 01:07 PM ET

Shane Vereen | Retired RB

Shane Vereen (calf) did not practice today.

It’s just the first day of practice for the week, so there’s no reason to be concerned yet. We’ll see if he’s able to practice tomorrow.

9/27/17 - 02:31 PM ET

Josh Doctson | Free Agent WR

Josh Doctson scored first-career touchdown in Week 3 win.

The talented second-year receiver was targeted on a deep ball by Kirk Cousins, and he hauled it in for a 52-yard score after a nice leaping grab where he went up for the ball. Doctson certainly has the ability to make plays like that, but health has been an issue for him. He’s worth an add as someone with upside if you have a bench spot.

9/25/17 - 03:06 PM ET

Ezekiel Elliott | Chargers RB

Ezekiel Elliott scores first touchdown of the season in Week 3.

Elliott and the Cowboys started off the game relatively slow, but the second-year back ended up with 22 carries for 80 yards and a touchdown while adding three receptions for 14 yards. It’s early in the season and Zeke didn’t play much at all during the preseason, but he doesn’t quite look as explosive as he did during his amazing rookie season. Still, he’s getting all the work in the Cowboys backfield and will obviously be an RB1 in Week 4 against the Rams.
