Join now >Aaron Jones is inactive for Week 18.
Aaron Rodgers will be playing as he looks to remain sharp prior to the bye for Green Bay, but the team is sitting Jones ahead of the postseason. AJ Dillon—even if he doesn’t play the entire game—should be boosted in the rankings as an upside RB1/RB2.

Tee Higgins is inactive for Week 18.
Higgins will be inactive along with Joe Burrow and Joe Mixon, but Ja’Marr Chase is notably active and expected to play at least a bit today. Cincinnati no longer has a chance at the No. 1 seed with Kansas City winning on Saturday.

Darrel Williams (toe) is officially questionable to return for the Chiefs.
Williams hasn’t been in for the second half against the Broncos, with Derrick Gore and Jerick McKinnon handling the backfield work, so we’d expect Williams will not return to Week 18. Before leaving, Williams had seven carries for 17 yards along with three receptions for 30 yards, and he nearly brought in a one-handed touchdown in the first half. Williams was as strong complementary piece in the Chiefs offense this regular season, totaling nearly 1,000 yards with eight total touchdowns. He’ll next look to be a factor in the postseason.

Jalen Hurts is officially inactive for Week 18.
After clinching a playoff spot last week, the Eagles are opting to rest Hurts tonight against the Cowboys. This ends Hurts’ regular season with a 61.3% completion percentage, 3,144 passing yards, 16 passing touchdowns, 13 interceptions, 139 carries, 784 rushing yards, and ten rushing touchdowns in 15 games. From a fantasy perspective, Hurts was obviously excellent this season. And in real life—playing behind an elite offensive line—he showed promise and progress as a passer for what could essentially be termed his “rookie” season. Hurts will now look to play well in his first NFL playoff appearance starting next week.

The Steelers placed James Washington on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Washington won’t be able to play tomorrow against the Ravens for Week 18, so this unfortunately concludes the former second round pick’s 2021 regular season. Washington caught 24 passes for 285 yards and two touchdowns while adding two carries for 13 yards this season, and the 25-year-old big-play threat simply didn’t play enough snaps to make a huge impact. Washington will become a free agent this offseason and will no doubt be looking for a starting role with a team.

The Colts activated Parris Campbell (foot) from injured reserve.
Campbell has been out since Week 6 due to his broken foot, but the former second-round pick is back for the regular season finale tomorrow at Jacksonville. It’s a win-and-in scenario for the Colts, so getting Campbell back is a nice boost with the postseason on the line.

Jimmy Garoppolo (thumb) is questionable for Week 18.
Garoppolo threw during practice this week and reportedly looked good, but he’s officially questionable, with 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan declining to name the starter for Sunday against the Rams. With the playoffs on the line, Jimmy G will obviously try to get out there if he can. His presence would probably be a boost for skill players of the Niners from a fantasy perspective.
