Join now >Carlos Hyde (hip) returns to Week 3 game against the Rams.
Hyde briefly left the game and had his hip worked on, but the reported heat and treatment applied to that area seems to have done the trick. He’s back in there to start the second quarter.

Carlos Hyde leaves Thursday Night Football.
Hyde exited the game on San Francisco’s second series before re-entering for a snap and immediately re-exiting while shaking his head. It looked like a core muscle injury (and is being called a hip injury), as Hyde wasn’t limping at all and just appeared to be in some discomfort. Hopefully it’s not the case, but Hyde’s night could be over after it looked like he was primed to have a huge game. He has four carries for 29 yards so far and is currently being worked on at the 49ers bench.

Jimmy Graham (ankle) did not practice today.
This is the second-straight missed practice for Graham, who’s looking less than 50/50 for Sunday against Tennessee. Graham still has some time before Sunday, but if he doesn’t get in at least a limited practice tomorrow he likely won’t play in the game. The official injury report for Sunday’s game will be released tomorrow, and we’ll see if Graham is listed as questionable, doubtful, or out.

Mike Williams (back) was a limited participant in practice today.
Williams won’t be ready for Sunday’s game, but it’s great to see him putting some limited practices together. Week 4 seems like a definite possibility, but Week 5 might be the best bet for Williams’ NFL debut.
9/21/17 - 06:55 PM ET
Melvin Gordon (knee) was limited in practice today.
Gordon also missed practice yesterday, but there isn’t concern about his Week 3 status. Expect him to be out there against the Chiefs, but we’ll see how he’s listed on the injury report tomorrow.

J.J. Nelson (hamstring) was limited in practice today.
The limited session indicates Nelson’s hamstring issue isn’t too bad. The Cardinals don’t play until Monday, and Nelson should be ready to go.
9/21/17 - 05:47 PM ET
Jermaine Gresham (ribs) practiced today.
The Cardinals tight end practiced on a limited basis, but head coach Bruce Arians expects him to be ready for Monday night against Dallas. We’ll let you know if anything changes, but Gresham should be active for the game. There are definitely some better fantasy options available than Gresham, but him being active will be good for his real life team.
