He missed last Thursday’s game wit ha concussion, but Griffin was a full participant in today’s practice and is ready to go for Sunday against New England, barring a setback. Griffin will be the top tight end option for rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson, but there are probably better fantasy options available.

Bruce Ellington is back at practice for the Texans.
Ellington passed concussion protocol and was a full participant in practice. He’s ready to go for Week 3 against New England, and he might have a good game if the Pats try to take away number one receiver DeAndre Hopkins.

Patriots WR Phillip Dorsett (knee) was limited in practice today.
This is a good first step for Dorsett, who left Sunday’s win against New Orleans, to be ready for Sunday against the Texans. Hopefully he’s able to get up to a full participant for tomorrow or Friday.

Danny Amendola (concussion/knee) was a limited participant in practice today.
Amendola reportedly passed concussion protocol, but his knee could be what has him a limited participant in practice. Expect him to be out there Sunday against Houston, but it’s no lock yet.

Patriots RB Rex Burkhead (ribs) did not practice today.
Burkhead left Sunday’s win against the Saints after catching a touchdown early in the game. He’s going to need to practice if the Patriots play him on Sunday, so check back in tomorrow and Friday on his status.
9/20/17 - 05:08 PM ET
Rob Gronkowski (groin) did not practice for the Patriots today.
There were reports of Gronk practicing, but they were apparently false. It’s still early in the week, so Gronkowski has time to get ready for Sunday versus the Texans. We’ll see if he can get in a limited participation, at least, in practice tomorrow.
9/20/17 - 05:06 PM ET
DeMarco Murray (hamstring) is still day-to-day.
Murray is not practicing today, but there’s still time for him to get ready for Sunday against Seattle. His workload is a bit shaky at the moment, though, even if he does end up being 100% healthy for the game.
