The Packers were shutout in Lambeau Field for the entire first half, but Green Bay found their groove the third quarter when they scored 14 points. Rodgers was 28/42 for 311 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. The interception came on a nice leaping catch at the line of scrimmage by defensive lineman Nazair Jones. And the touchdown was on a perfect 32-yard deep ball to Jordy Nelson in the third quarter. Rodgers also added 21 rushing yards on seven carries. In a potential shootout on Sunday night in Atlanta, Rodgers will be among the best quarterback options in Week 2.

Markus Wheaton (finger) was a limited participant in practice.
After missing yesterday’s practice, Wheaton was back out there on a limited basis and might be pushing to play in Week 1. The official Week 1 injury report for Sunday’s games will be released tomorrow, so we’ll see how Wheaton is listed on there.

Jack Doyle caught two passes for 41 yards in Sunday’s season opener.
Doyle was a popular breakout pick for some, but he’s unlikely to realize that until Andrew Luck is back in the lineup. Doyle won’t be a recommended fantasy option next week against the Cardinals.

Jordan Reed gets targeted eight times in Week 1 against the Eagles.
Reed caught five of his eight targets for 36 yards. Philadelphia is a difficult matchup for tight ends, but Reed didn’t really show off his athleticism like he normally does. There were reports Reed is still dealing with major issues from his toe, but he told FOX sideline reporter Kristina Pink before the game that he’s fine. It’s something to keep an eye on, but Reed gets the Rams next Sunday.

Donte Moncrief catches 50-yard pass in season opener.
Moncrief was held without a catch until Jacoby Brissett entered the game in the fourth quarter and gave him a chance on a jump ball, and it was his only catch of the game. The 24-year-old receiver would benefit from T.Y. Hilton occupying Patrick Peterson next week, but it’s tough to put him in the lineup without Andrew Luck active, which unfortunately could be a few more weeks.

T.J. Yeldon (hamstring) practiced today.
The third-year back was a limited participant, and it’s a good sign he got out there. A full practice would be nice, but even a limited participation might put him on track to play on Sunday unless the Jaguars decide to just hold him out. We’ll find out his official game status tomorrow.
9/7/17 - 07:10 PM ET
Jimmy Graham doesn’t do much in Week 1.
Graham did tie for the team lead in targets with seven, but he caught only three passes for nine yards against the Packers. As evident from his stat line, all his receptions were short throws in the flat that he didn’t do anything with. Graham plays the Niners in Week 2 and should have a much better game along with the rest of Seattle’s offense.
