Taylor’s touchdown came late in the first half from Trevor Siemian, and it was his only catch of the game. He won’t be a fantasy option to start 2017, but Taylor should make the 53-man roster.

J.J. Nelson catches 20-yard pass in Week 2 preseason game.
The blazing fast receiver had two receptions for 26 yards total, working with the first-team offense. Nelson might open the season as the number three receiver for the Cardinals if John Brown doesn’t get healthy soon.

C.J. Anderson rushed seven times for 24 yards and one touchdown in Saturday night’s preseason win over the Niners.
Anderson also caught three passes for 13 yards. It was good to see the Broncos starter convert a goal line carry into a score with a one-yard run in the first quarter, and it will be interesting to see how the workload is divided if Jamaal Charles suits up next week against the Packers.

David Johnson plays a few snaps in exhibition against Chicago.
Johnson had three carries for three yards before exiting the game. The Cardinals are keeping their elite running back healthy for the regular season. It wouldn’t be surprising to see him only get a few touches in the dress rehearsal preseason game next week, which should be fine to fantasy owners that have already drafted, as they want their best player healthy for the regular season.

De’Angelo Henderson rushed six times for 30 yards on Saturday night.
He also caught two passes for 20 yards. Henderson saw time with the first-team offense, and he might be earning himself both a roster spot and an early-season role in a crowded running back room. We’ll see how much work he gets with the first team next week against Green Bay.

Chris Johnson works behind David Johnson in Week 2 preseason game.
CJ had four carries for eight yards and three receptions for five yards. He couldn’t do much with his touches, as the Bears front seven played well and limited the Cardinals to about two yards per carry. Johnson appears to be the clear number two in the backfield for Arizona.

Steven Ridley gets 17 touches in preseason win.
Ridley rushed 14 times for 40 yards and caught three passes for seven yards, leading the team in both carries and receptions. The Broncos probably want to give Ridley as much work as they can to see if he can earn a role, but he struggled to gain yardage on Saturday night. His roster chances seem slim.
