Kelce caught a 36-yard pass from Alex Smith on his lone target of the game. It’s great to see Kelce out there after he battled some knee swelling. There shouldn’t be much concern in drafting Kelce as your TE1 because of the knee issue.

Tyreek Hill gets a couple touches in Week 2 of the preseason.
Hill had one reception (on one target) for nine yards, adding an 11-yard run in the exhibition versus the Bengals. We’ll see Hill and the Chiefs back out there in their dress rehearsal preseason game on Friday against the Seahawks on CBS.

Dez catches 32-yard touchdown in Saturday night’s preseason game.
Bryant had two catches for 55 yards and the score off a Dak Prescott throw down the left sideline. Currently going in the second round of fantasy drafts, we would avoid Bryant at that cost, especially with basically the toughest first month schedule imaginable with the Giants, Broncos, and Cardinals. Dallas will play Oakland next Saturday for the regular season tune up.

C.J. Spiller looks good in exhibition against the Bengals.
The veteran running back had six carries for 27 yards and one reception for 16 yards. It appears Spiller might have been ahead of Charcandrick West, but West had seven carries for 113 yards in the game. It’s possible they both make the team, but Spiller and West could be battling for one roster spot.

Alfred Morris looks good off the bench in Cowboys’ preseason win.
Morris rushed nine times for 49 yards, but Darren McFadden looked like the clear lead back with Ezekiel Elliott not playing. You could make the case for using a late-round pick on Morris as a rare short-term handcuff, but there are probably better long-term, high-upside options to target.

Kareem Hunt impresses in second preseason game for the Chiefs.
The third-round rookie quickly entered the game for incumbent starter Spencer Ware (who had one carry before exiting). He had eight carries for 40 yards, including a long of 25 where he showed great burst and vision. Quarterback Alex Smith was also comfortable looking his way, and Hunt caught three-of-three targets for 23 yards. It’s clear Hunt will have some type of role this season, but the question is now the amount of playing time he will get. Hunt’s ADP already matches the anticipation of him getting a good amount of work behind Ware this season, but this situation is one to watch in the third preseason game.

Darren McFadden gets another start, looks good in Cowboys’ preseason win.
McFadden rushed nine times for 59 yards and caught a four-yard pass in the exhibition. The veteran’s ADP will continue to rise after Ezekiel Elliott’s suspension and another strong outing, but we wouldn’t reach too far for the soon-to-be (next week) 30-year-old, as Dallas has a tough schedule this year, particularly in September with the Giants, Broncos, and Cardinals.
